Cozy Lakeside cabin on Lake Koshkonong. Great yard for campfires & lawn games, over-sized deck to enjoy sunsets and breathtaking lake views, lake access for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. Close to Madison (30 min), Milwaukee (60 min) & Chicago (2 hrs), 2 bathrooms with 1 large suite featuring a king size bed & two single beds and a couch in the main living area can accommodate up to 5+ guests. Kayaks, Fishing Poles, Inflatable rafts, Lawn games and more available upon request!

We found the cottage to be secluded enough, yet part of a quaint and safe neighborhood. All amenities as described, clean and comfortable. Would have liked to stay longer and utilize the lake better, but family gatherings took up most of our time, will consider staying again! Thanks!

Great Cabin

It was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The balcony on the second floor was really nice. Kitchen was a great size for the cabin.

Great Pre July 4th Getaway from Chicago

Planned a two night stay with me, my husband, our daughter (8), and son (4). The kids loved the look of "our log cabin" immediately. It was a great jumping off point to explore the area. On our one day we explored three small towns. I had dreams of kayaking but it was a bit long to caddy them for any non-adult, plus we had plenty to do otherwise.Beds were comfy and all of us slept well. Kitchen had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Sometimes cabins can be cluttered but this was perfectly appointed. We may very well stay again. Would recommend!

Loved the vibe of the cabin. Was cozy and clean. Wasn’t as easy access to the water as expected but the boat launch wasn’t far at all. Had a fantastic time hanging out at the Lily Pad close by.

There were several things that were not in working order. The upstairs bathroom toilet would screech. Flushing stopped it temporarily, but needed to be done multiple times in the night. The gas patio table on the deck wouldn’t light.

Very cozy property next to a nice lake. Had fun playing games and going on walks. Head to the supper club across the lake for a great meal!

Very poor communication

I did not recive notification of a ceptance of dog and made other arrangement until 48 hour before saty. Reached out and host said he would transfer dates because it was past time for refund. I gave dates that were a cepted and then the next day. It was cancelled I didn't recieve notification that it was cancelled and now I have no cabin and out $600. Include a pet fee, when I didnt wven stay there

Enjoyable lake stay.

This is a nice cabin, it is located on a very heavily wooded lot and has a lot of nature, wildlife. During our stay the squirrels and chipmunks were plentiful and gathering the nuts from the beech trees. The weather was too dry for a fire in the pit. The fire pit table was out of gas. The lower TV was out of service and we needed to buy some TP as very little was in the home upon check-in. Tha cabin was comfortable.

Just what we needed

Everything was just as described, and communication and check in was nice and easy. Property was nice and clean inside and out. Would recommend this rental and will definitely stay again.

Perfect location for our needs. And the property manager, Jamie, was fabulous! We had a couple of questions & he responded right away. I really appreciated how friendly, and fast he was. So glad we chose this cabin for my son & granddaughter!!

October fishing trip

Nice clean cabin near lake. The fall colors were beautiful. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time we were there, so the fishing was poor. But the cabin was great.

Vacay

This cabin was perfect for me and my significant other while in town visiting family. Although it didn’t state it I was a little bit disappointed we didn’t have direct lake access. The cabin is a wonderful place to stay and we spent time with family just a short distance away. Everything is very accessible as in places to eat and shopping and when I’m back in town I will definitely check the availability again. Had an amazing vacay! 😊

This was a very nice cabin!!

We had a great time. I just didn’t realize the lake access was so far away. We ended up finding a quaint little lake to kayak on. The cabin was updated with a rustic feel. The balcony was great to enjoy coffee and hear the loons in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Kayak fishing

We stayed here to get away and do some kayak fishing. We found the small chain of lakes with clear lake being one of them. Great panfish fishing and caught 2 largemouth bass. I caught a 18 in largemouth bass and was able to net it and get it into the kayak by myself. Great experience. The cottage was great, really liked the log cabin feel without being way up north in Wisconsin. Property manager was fast in replying to messages. Thank you. Internet was slow and sketchy, so night time TV watching was out of the question. We had a great time otherwise.

Super cute

This was a small yet super cozy cabin. It was opposite the lake, so there was a nice view from the balcony. We would stay again.
