THE COZY VILLA is a modern villa .

The Cozy villa is located in the prestigious area of Indian creek . This ultra modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical Walt Disney World, just a 3 miles drive to the Walt Disney World front gates.

This spacious villa is modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. The main living room includes a 65' smart LED TV . WiFi throughout the villa and pool areas. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. Gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertops and top of the line brand appliances stainless steel.

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided.

There is a kitchen nook for casual meals and a formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a brand new, top of the line full size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board.

Two Master Suites with king sized bed and 50 'smart Led TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

One other master suite with queen bed and also 50 “ smart led tv

Two other bedrooms (Mickey bedroom and Harry potter) bedroom include matching twin beds and 32' LED TVs).

We come every year to play golf. I only rent from Michel. Every thing is dead on what is written. Super nice house, pool jacuzzi etc. All that less than 15 minutes from any Disney attraction. Merci beaucoup

Adorable home away from home

The house was absolutely adorable! It was a perfect fit for our family vacation. It was 15 minutes from the Disney parks which is great. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We had a couple minor bumps when we 1st got there but there were handled next day and communicating with owner and management team was easy. We would stay here again. My family actually talked about it already.

Amazing experience

We had the best stay at the cozy house. The home looked the same as all the photos. Beds were comfy, house was clean. The pool and game area were perfect for the kids and it was a quick drive to Disney and nearby attractions. There was one small issue while we stayed and the property manager and owner were extremely responsive and had the problem dealt with in a timely manor which was amazing. We would love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful Florida getaway

The house is perfect. Beautiful pool .. clean and has everything you need. So nice to have lots of showers and space. Close to Disney .. we traveled with 2 year olds and adults and was a great fit. Thanks again.

Fantastic

Over all it was a great stay it was just me and my husband only instead of a more people we really enjoyed having the house it was relaxing to stay and the pool was great! The rooms were really nice too

Disney bound or like amenities close by?

Owner changed dates for us a plus! Pictures actually looked like it was . Everything close by from Disney to restaurants. Enjoyed the H2 O swimming place 10 mins away. It was worth the money there. Disney close by. Enjoyed it!

Wonderful Villa!!

The villa was just perfect for our family trip to Disney! It is so clean and large where everyone had plenty of room to be together or some quiet time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well! Great location near the parks, restaurants, shopping and many other attractions!

Way better than paying for multiple hotel rooms

Very nice house, recently renovated, and very clean. My only nitpick would be that there was only hand soap provided in the bathrooms and I had forgotten to pack shampoo. This was easily remedied with the nearby stores so no big deal. Would happily stay again.

Perfect Location

The house was very spacious, seven of us stayed here and there was space for more. Although, it’s a ranch style the teenagers would be up way past midnight and we couldn’t hear them. Target, Walmart, Publix & restaurant options were no more than a 10 min drive . We enjoyed Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure (30 min drive but traffic wasn’t bad) and Disney Springs (under 20 minutes) during our stay. I love to take daily walks and felt comfortable doing so in the subdivision.

Highly Recommend

The place was exactly as it was advertised to be. Price was right, modern, clean, comfortable... close to Disney and all attractions. The host was very accommodating, and I will definitely rent again in the future.

Disney World Family Blast

The villa was perfect for our group (Mum, Dad, twin 7 year old boys, Grandma and Poppa). Disney World parks are a very reasonable distance away - allowing for a break during the day to recharge one’s batteries. A great stay!

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
