Perfect Property for Family

House and development were perfect for our annual family vacation. Beautifully maintained, clean, and conveniently located to area attractions. Property was very clean and suited our needs well. All of the amenities in the game room were in good shape, and the kitchen had everything needed for food prep. There were plenty of pool towels and seating around the pool deck. We had a wonderful time at this property.

Better than a hotel!

This was a great place close to our sales meeting, more relaxing than a hotel because of all of the amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely try and stay here again next year!

Perfect vacation

Owner was easy to contact and responsive Home was beautiful and easily accommodate our group of grandparents, parents, young adults , teenagers 1 child and 2 infants Home had everything needed for a great vacation near Disney.

Awesome family holiday

Wonderful Vacation Home

This Vacation home was not just a wonderful place to sleep and rest well after a long day at the parks. This home was a great part of the Vacation! The pool and hot tub were private and a wonderful place to relax. The game room was so fun and wonderful for the whole family. The home is so comfortable, spacious, and was perfect. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Disney/universal family trip

We had an amazing experience from beginning til end! Kevin was responsive to all my questions prior to my decision to reserve the property and was very informative and helpful prior to our trip. Our group consisted of 4 families (11 people total) and the house was perfect for our needs and provided sufficient space for us to relax and gather. Location was perfect and we were close to restaurants, shops and Disney I highly recommend this property and I’d stay here again.

The house was beautiful!

We are so happy we picked this house. We had 7 people and plenty of room for more. There was a little hiccup at check-in but they took care of it immediately and Kevin also reached out to make sure everything was resolved. The house was more than we expected and would absolutely stay here again. We had a great time. Thank you.

Wonderful place

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The rooms were very nice, and the pool, hot tub and game room kept our grandchildren occupied constantly when we were at the house. Disney parks were just a 15 minute ride away, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Walmart for groceries. We had 10 people from grandparents to grandkids, and didn't even need to use one of the bedrooms! The owner, Kevin, was very responsive to any questions I had. Couldn't have asked for anything more, and would recommend this place to anyone interested!

Location and plenty of room

Our family stayed at this property for a short universal vacation. Good location, close to theme parks. We had plenty of room. My sons really enjoyed the game room and I played a little pool with them. If I had one thing negative to say it would be the mattress in the master was a little too firm for me, but that may not matter to others. The owner gave all information needed for our stay. The house was big and beautiful, plenty space , we had a really good experience , only one thing the fire detector in one of the rooms we guess was getting out of battery, and once awhile sounds an annoying beep, the rest we will like to go back in the future

March break 2024

Our family of 10 ( three generations) had a great stay here in Kevin’s villa. Check in was easy. The location of this villa is ideal- south facing and very private, no other houses behind it. Inside the villa was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. We spent a lot of our time in or around the pool. We used many of the amenities of the Windsor Hills community, the large pool and water park, the gym, the basketball court, the putting green and the playgrounds. We had some minor issues but they were dealt with by the management company. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

We loved this vacation home. We have rented in Windsor Hills before, it is literally just a couple of miles from the theme park entrance and so convenient to restaurants, grocery and other shops. The home is more beautiful inside in person than in the pictures. I traveled with teens and a couple of friends, and there was plenty of space for us to be together and each room was private when you wanted to get away and have time alone. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking. The pool was great. Tiles around the hot tub needed to be scrubbed, but other than that, we found the house perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing this home with us! ❤️
