This bright and spacious condo has all you need to relax from the minute you step in the door. Take advantage of this perfect oceanfront getaway and wake up to the sound of waves crashing mere feet from your back door! Whether you are enjoying the spectacular oceanfront views or you are using the shared on-site amenities, you will have plenty to keep you busy! This complex offers an outdoor and indoor pool, a fitness center, a hot tub, a game room, so every guest will be entertained for the duration of your stay. When everyone gathers at home base after a day of fun, the full kitchen is ready for you to make a homecooked meal that can be enjoyed with loved ones at the dining table, breakfast bar, or in the living area while watching a movie!

This location could not be more ideal, as your near tons of options for dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Pier Park is just a mile from Tidewater and offers a plethora of shopping options as well as beach activities and festivals year-round! Russell-Fields Pier is a short walk away if you want to fish like a local and Gulf World is a great place to bring the whole family for dolphin shows and aquarium viewing. Holiday Golf Club is also a quick drive up the coast, so bring your clubs!

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 13.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We absolutely loved this room. We had no complaints. Room was very nicely decorated and bright. We loved it. Only think that didn’t work is the dishwasher when we ran it, it kept water. Vacasa refunded some money for our whole stay since it didn’t work. The beds were comfy and we had a great view of the ocean. I really cannot say how much we loved this room!

We had a very nice stay in this unit. It was clean and fairly updated. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer in room was a huge plus. Vacasa’s communication was excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze. Only downside was slow elevators during peak check in and out times.

Fall break stay

Room was spacious and had all that was needed. Balcony door needs repair as it takes a lot of muscle to open and close. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable. Beach security is ridiculous as chairs have to be in wet sand. People are on vacation to relax and have fun not to be hassled about chairs when not blocking anyone’s view.

BEWARE

When arriving, I was not able to enter the room. I had small children and melting groceries. The code that was sent to me did not open the door. No one responded timely via messaging. I then had to contact the 1-800 number to get help. Once arriving in the unit, there were multiple issues. The unit was very warm, the bedding had stains, the bunk room had no blankets, the bedding and pillows were very cheap and seemed like hospital room bedding. Master bedroom has no closet, the master bathroom shower/tub does not drain properly (you stand in dirty water the entire shower), the bathroom rugs were extremely dirty, the faucet was very lose and wiggily, the entire stay i was inconvenienced by this unit and workers coming in and out. I asked for them not to come in if I was not present. The workers came in on my daughter when she was in the unit while i was at the water. They took her cell phone from her because she called me scared. The dryer did not work. When thy came to work on that the next day, they threw my WET clothes on the bed, repaired the dryer and left the WET clothes on bed for me to find when i returned later that afternoon to sour. The Tidewater is the WORST condo i have stayed in over 15 years of staying at PCB. We had to walk 13 floors of stairs at least 6 times during our stay because the elevators DO NOT work. We waited over an hour multiple times. BEWARE. I will never stay at TIdewater again and do NOT plan on booking through VACASA.

The condo was nice. We didn’t know what to do when we arrived. The checking process was very stressful. The elevator was ridiculous! Wait an hour to go up or down most all the time! All guests were stressed with the elevators.

Great Place to Stay!

The furniture/accessories were modern and simple; made the rental seem bigger. The appliances were up to date. All countertops were either granite or quartz. Three huge windows (1 sliding) overlooked the balcony. It was a pleasure to sit out there and watch/listen to the ocean. April is a good time to visit between spring break and summer. All in all, a super visit.

The Beautiful View in PCB

Loved listening to the sound of the surf rolling in and walking in the sugar white sand. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim past and watching the military jets fly by as we enjoyed the sun on our balcony.

Please read my review before renting

Pros: For the most part the place was very clean. Loved the colors and decor, very fresh and modern. They also provide some extras that other places do not. They may seem petty but having extra toilet paper, extra towels, dishwasher soap and washing machine detergent is very important to the savvy traveler. Also big plus when I rent a place - counter height chairs on balcony. Nothing ruins a sunset more than having to look through bars. Yours were great. Loved the attached little table between. AC worked great and beds for most part were comfortable. Cons: The master bath tub does not drain- HUGE CON. The fridge has several defects,most importantly the door jam is broken and the temp is wrong and froze my salad items. All of the interior doors need WD 40. It may seem minor but when you are first up in a condo full of sleeping humans the last thing you want to wake them is a squeaky door. The washer and dryer made a dreadful squealing noise while in service. The master has no closet. They fashioned a make shift closet in what is really is the linen closet of the bathroom. My suitcase would not fit in there. They must have anticipated this and put risers on the bed. My suitcase slid under with no problem. The sheets on the bunk do not fit. I could not for the life of me get the fitted sheet to stay in place on the lower bunk - big negative for me. Can’t attest to the tv, we never turned it on. We got the Vacasa app and they encourage you to reach out to property manager with any questions, which we did, 3 times, with no response. Reason I won’t come back : Elevators are the biggest deterrent. Warning people of “delays” is a huge understatement. 30 floor building that only allows check in at exactly 4 pm. The worst move they could have made. I know for a fact our unit was ready when we arrived at 1. We asked to check in early. POLICY says 4 on the dot. The place was an absolute madhouse. The luggage carts were taking ages and the elevators were 8 families deep. It was chaos and the reason we will never return to tidewater.

All the comforts of home!

Great place to stay! Amazing views and close proximity to Pier Park. The condo was more spacious than I expected and decorated with a great contemporary beach theme. The kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you might need and lots of extra dishes. I would love to stay here again in the future!!
