This gorgeous multi-level townhome provides panoramic ocean views from almost every room! Perfectly located on the beach and with a pool, guests have everything needed for the ideal beach getaway.

Upon entering “Summer Breeze” guests are led directly to the main living area that opens to the beach with a private patio. Overlooking this area is a bar top just off the kitchen with seating for three. The kitchen will exceed your expectations with updated cabinetry, backsplash that expands over the entire back wall, lighting and it is fully stocked with everything needed to make you feel right at home. The dining table seats six comfortably.

Just a few steps away is the master bedroom with a feature shiplap wall, King-size bed, flat screen TV, private balcony overlooking the ocean and a connecting bathroom. The guest room is just down the hall equipped with a Queen bed and TV. The third and largest room of all is on the next level with built-in twin beds, TV, sitting area, and expansive ocean views. This rental is ideal for a large family providing plenty of room for everyone!

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

Washer/dryer is provided as well.

Two parking spots are available in the driveway.

No grilling allowed.

Summer trip

Family Memories

The property is just as picturesque as it is in the listing. My girls and I have always enjoyed staying at Amelia Island and this year we were able to have our blended family enjoy it with us at this beautiful location. Everything you need is already there and made easily available to you. Highly recommend!

Property managers extremely helpful!!, Unit needs TLC from owners: -molding deck rug -broken beach chairs & umbrella upon arrival -outdoor hose does not extend to grass; creating sand mess on deck -broken deck step, exposed nails This unit is in a great location for beach relaxation & beautiful views.

A bit of a struggle

I have been in contact with property manager and I have been told the items have been addressed when we left. Unfortunately, we had major issues and I had to deal with repair men, plumbers, non-working items and unclean areas of the unit. Yes, they are fixing them, but I was given a different answer every time I called from they did not know it was broken to we repaired it in May. So it was a frustrating experience. The property management company needs to look more closely at the condition of these units. I should not have to tell them the porch furniture is so rusted, you cannot use the table to eat on. Making notes for future guests does not help your current guests.

Everything was great except the air conditioning.

We had a great time and overall this is a very nice condo. We did have issues with the air conditioning and the staleness that it gave off. While the air conditioning kept the condo at a comfortable temperature we did have issues with dampness in the condo. We would hang clothes out to dry and they would stay damp. Our towels that we were using never seemed to dry. This lead to everything having a staleness that was hard to get out. We noticed black particles (mold/mildew?) in the air vents especially downstairs and it caused some breathing issues as in some were sick even after we got home. It also caused our clothes and articles we brought to have a damp stale oder to them. We had to rewash all of our clothes when we got home in order to get it out. We would like to rent this location again, but this would have to be addressed before we did.

Location, location, location

Let's start with the most positive aspect of this property, the location is wonderful. Out the back door, which makes keeping beach gear a breeze, and steps to the beach. The unit is nicely decorated, and is well apppointed with items you might need during your stay that often aren't in rental units (well appointed kitchen, beach items, games to play, hdmi cord for connecting devices, etc.). Any complaints are minor. There were some issues when we arrived (towel bar had been pulled out of the wall, garbage disposal wasn't working and a drawer below the kitchen sink had filled with water, a nightstand was missing a drawer), but Moore was easy to contact and quick to respond. One other recommendation is regarding storage. There is limited storage available in bedrooms. The master closet was filled with extra pillows and other items, and there is no rod making it cumbersome to hang items. The nightstand missing a drawer had the other drawer filled with extra bed parts and so was unusable. Giveb the minor complaints, I would definitely rent this unit again, and from Moore.

December get away

This is our second stay at this property and we love it here. The home is spacious and beautiful. The view of the ocean spectacular. And beach access wonderful. The top floor “kids” bedroom does not have a door so we will unfortunately have to probably rent somewhere else next year as my tween daughter has reached an age where she needs a door and privacy Bummed to have to go elsewhere as this place is a gem. Highly recommend it!

Great location!

Really great beachfront location! The property is nicely updated and the beds were very comfortable. The third floor area with the bunks is open with no door, noise carried downstairs pretty easily but as long you know ahead of time it should be ok. Great community and didn’t seem to hear the neighbors even with the connected walls.

Family vacation

Family vacation with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Ocean is just a few steps from the unit. Just a very relaxing time. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with smoke detector going off.

Amelia Island Getaway

We enjoyed the property and beautiful beach very much! Beach towels and chairs were appreciated, the kitchen was fully stocked, and other amenities were nice. We did have to buy more toilet paper, and while we didn’t have to use air conditioning after the first day, it seemed the flow of air was not forceful enough to cool all rooms. Overall, the vacation was wonderful, and the area was quiet and peaceful.

The only complaints I had, I already reported, ( freezer door does not close easily, porch furniture and stoop are rotting. The furniture and stoop are safety issues at this time and need to be resolved. Other than that, the property had all the comforts of home.
