We love “How Sweet It Is”! Our third year staying here and it continues to be a beautiful home in a terrific location with the best owners. The house is so tidy and filled with fun games for kids and beach items to borrow. We feel very lucky to spend a week on MV particularly due to this home.

Clean, Peaceful, and Perfectly Located on the VineyardWe had a great stay at this house and would book it again. It was spotless, the bedrooms were spacious, and the open-concept layout was perfect for gathering with company. Easy access to both Oak Bluffs and Edgartown made getting around a breeze, and the AC kept things comfortable throughout our stay. The host was responsive and easy to work with.Overall, a calm, well-located home base -- great for a relaxing getaway or even a business trip. Highly recommend!

Another great week at our favorite Vineyard home perfectly located in Edgartown with easy access to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven…we love the different personalities of these towns. The beach nearby was beautiful on the sunny days and so much to do on the rainy days, brought our 4year old granddaughter to a terrific library in Chilmark, visited Menemsha.The home is so lovely and the owners added a beautiful new shower to the primary bedroom. Owner Sharon is exceptionally responsive and we are looking forward to returning next year!

We had an amazing stay, house came as advertised, very spacious dining and living room area as well as for eating outdoors. This was our first time on the Vineyard and the house didn’t disappoint. Host was very responsive and attentive.

Great location and very spacious

Place is great for families and close to everything including the main bus line. Sharon was very easy to get a hold of and the place is fully stocked with everything you could think of.

Bright airy modern

We really enjoyed staying at this home again. The location is ideal on the outskirt of downtown Edgartown as well as easy access to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. The house itself is sunny and open with nice deck space for enjoying time when not out and about….a lovely home.

Our third year staying in this lovely home, beautiful new bathroom added this year. Yes it checks all the boxes, great location etc. but our favorite is the vacation vibe we get from the setting and style of the home… important to us!

A beautiful stay in Edgartown!

We absolutely loved "How Sweet It Is" - the house was just as we saw in pictures and so clean upon arrival. The home has all of the amenities you need for a wonderful time on the island and its proximity to State Beach as well as downtown Edgartown can't be beat. For a family of 4-6 people, it's the PERFECT spot. The host was so welcoming and helpful and we appreciated every minute on the island. We cannot wait to go back!

Great experience, Great memories!

We loved our stay! The house suited us well, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Easy mile or so walk into Edgartown and for the teens in our group to explore the town or island via bus system. We were sad to leave however we left with tons of great memories! Our second year in this great house, exceeded all expectations. The home was comfortable and perfect for a restful vacation. Great location, great neighborhood. Sharon, the host, is wonderful. She is very attentive and accommodating. We hope to return again.

Our home away from home

This is our fourth year at this Vineyard home and we just love the place, location, and beautiful landscaping! Our 2 year old granddaughter was the focus this time and we enjoyed outdoor dining at Katama Kitchen, The Towne( best mac/cheese) Noman’s… alpaca’s, library in Tisbury etc…. and of course the beach near the house! We’ll be back!!

Contemporary home in Edgartown

We had a nice stay, first time in Edgartown. We enjoyed the open concept home, bright, clean with beautifully landscaped yard. Very convenient to public beach, biking path and stores / restaurants. Sharon was easy to communicate with and shows a lot of pride in ownership. We wish we had a better weather for biking. Hope we will be back next year!

summer vacation

vacation home has everything you need for a perfect stay on the vineyard....we walked to Edgartown each morning ...or biked. Kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of space to enjoy breakfast Our family was able to utilize both bathrooms....gave everyone a chance to get ready. updated bathroom on main is floor lovely.. having a washer and dryer was a great bonus.Perfect for a small family.

Our second year at this great rental! Sharon is such a great host; warm, inviting and super responsive with any little Thing you need. Oh how sweet it was

The property is exactly as described-Quiet neighborhood, only a short ride from most popular locations.if possible bring bikes, for the quick runs to the grocery store and exploring the island. Nice big driveway allowed us to have multiple vehicles and a small boat on a trailer. Although we didn’t use much in the shed, it has plenty of games and fun stuff for the family beach outings! Perfect size for a small family or a few adult couples. House has everything you need for basic cooking and BBQ -ing. A/C mini splits in every room and ceiling fans, made for a cool breezy environment, on those humid days. Sharon was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns. We had a great time and hope to get back next year!
