Great house, great location, great host. Very comfortable bedding, clean and well-equipped kitchen. Terrific unobstructed water view. Convenient to town and other destination points. Host was very responsive on a couple of questions that came up. Four adults were very comfortable for a three-day stay.

Great communication with host, property exactly as described with many nice touches such as black out curtains, fans, beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, etc. Would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay. The house is ideally situated between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. It is a quiet neighborhood with a great view It is large and comfortable and well provisioned. Kristen was communicative and helpful. All together a great visit to MV. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful location, terrific communication, we had a nice long weekend on the Boulevard! We were especially happy to have (and had actively sought) accommodation that would work well for my mom with mobility issues. There were a few steps to navigate to get into the house, but once inside she had everything she needed (bathroom, bedroom with king bed, kitchen, living room were all on the ground floor).

House was clean and had a view across the road to the "Jaws Pond" and beyond that the ocean. Bedrooms were comfortable and all amenities promised were there and working. Short drive to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs and the MV beaches. We had a good stay.

The house was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need. Kristen was a great host and very quick to respond. Location was beyond amazing. Beautiful view of the water and quick ride into Edgartown. Would love to rent again.

Perfect Vineyard home!

Beautiful home with an even better view! Perfect outdoor space and nice beach hiking trails down the street. Very easy communication with the host and organized property details. Lovely stay!

A week in September

This is a large and comfortable house in a great location on a quiet street with a view of the water but still close to town. We had a great time. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to the kitchen equipment. Old and scratched teflon pans should not be used.

Beautiful home, beautiful location

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. You can enjoy coffee from the front porch overlooking the water or opt for the back patio complete with outdoor shower and outdoor fireplace. We were able to cook out and enjoy cocktails outside and the children absolutely loved walking across the street to the little bay where they could swim and paddle board. The house was extremely clean and comfortable - wonderful set up! The loft is key upstairs and has an assortment of games. The shed has everything you need for the beach (i.e. pails, boogie boards, life preservers etc.) And if you do need to leave home you are about 1 mile to downtown Edgartown. We hope to return next summer!

Wonderful Home!

Beautiful home with water views from several rooms in the house. The property was exceptionally clean and is well appointed with books and games for the kids. The bedrooms are spacious, and there is ample storage space. Great outdoor area as well and is a quick drive to several towns' shopping areas. Kristen is very easy to communicate with for information and any questions about the property. Would definitely stay here with my family again!
