Look no further you have find your next vacation spot. This beautiful newly updated 9th floor unit next to the elevator on the far right of the Summit with a great view of white beaches, blue gulf water and amazing sunsets. You can even watch dolphins play from your balcony! You will not want to go home after spending time here. You will return year after year to our condo for a great vacation experience.

Come enjoy this nice condo has a king-size bed, tile flooring through out, built in bunk beds in the hallway with Tv's and a queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Has a fully furnished kitchen refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, self cleaning stove, Microwave and washer and dryer for when you get home from a long day at the beach or pool.

Free wi-fi included through out the whole condo.

For your entertainment we have a 50 inch Flat screen tv ( mounted to the wall) and Blu-ray player in the living room a 32 in flat screen tv ( mounted to the wall) in the bedroom.
As stated before both the bunk beds have small tv that can be used to stream shows.

This is a great place for a summer vacation. It has great views and a lot of fun things to do for your self and your family.

The Summit is close to shopping centers, fine causal dining, amusement parks, state park, gold course. putt-putt, fishing and many more activities for you and your family to enjoy together. The Summit features 2 swimming pools ( one heated), 2 kiddie pools, 3 hot tubes( 1 indoor), indoor sauna, pool side tiki bar, poolside snack bar/giftshop, Bikini Bobs Casual restaurant and bar , game room. Just a few steps on the Summit's boardwalk takes you from pool to beach! Beach amenities include: Lounge chairs, Jet ski, and wave runner rentals, as well as parasailing.

Very well decorated place. Well furnished with all your needs if you choose to cook. Has a couple of stacked bunk beds for the little ones. Nice comfy mattress in bedroom, convenient 2 toilets and 2 sinks in the bathroom area. And the view!!! WOW!!!!!Breath taking from the 9th floor. Easy check in and door code. Elevator right next to the room.Wrist bands are required at all times on the property, but if you keep them loose, you can slip them off your wrist. We will stay here again!!

The property was in need of cosmetic maintenance such as walls need painting and baseboards replaced. Bathroom needed updating including vanities, toilets, tub, fixtures. Cleaning service left coffee pot uncleaned. Host was notified of issues and replied promptly.

check in was a breeze. nice updated kitchen w/marble and beautiful back splash. Not only do chairs come with rental but also umbrella:) jack and jill bathroom, very comfortable. nice large master. It was also so convenient to restaurants and shops. everything within a couple miles. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in your nice condominium! The only suggestion I have is to have your kitchen better stocked with pots and pans,bowls, etc. it was very minimal.

summit stay

room was exactly as described and nice. we did have a initial problem with the door lock but we figured out how it worked quickly. Summit has upgraded security and elevators seemed updated as well. very nice quiet area away from Front Beach Rd with uncrowded beaches. Highly recomended!

Affordable, clean, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay this condo. Property manager was quick to respond and everything was clean. Check in and check out was easy. I love the Summit in general for the amenities on property-food on site, drinks, snack shop, ice, etc. I would recommend this rental.

Could have been a little better.

For what we paid, we shouldn't have expected any better. There were a few roaches on the kitchen counter and one of the toilets ran all night long until we turned the water off. This must be an older condominium; it is showing its age.Ivan was very nice though.

Great location. The AC wasn't working well but the owner was quick to respond and had it fixed right away. The layout of the condo was nice.

Great view, poorly cleaned and maintained

The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking and truly hard to beat. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were noticeably dirty, making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, as the shower curtain was covered in mold, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Additionally, we noticed several other areas that had been neglected, including the kitchen, which showed clear signs of insufficient cleaning. These issues detracted significantly from what could have been an otherwise amazing stay.

Best rating I could give

Showed up and killed 2 cockroaches on the countertop as soon as I walked in the kitchen. The battery’s were dead in the remote for the kids tv so I had to go buy some battery’s and the tv still wouldn’t connect to the internet. I then proceeded to kill 3 more cockroaches during the stay 2 more in the kitchen and 1 by the bunk beds

This property is very clean, you can tell everyone takes pride in there job. Everyone we encountered was very nice and polite. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We will be staying here again.

Fall getaway

Weather was prefect. The condo was clean.The location is great for the best restaurants. Bikini bobs has the cheapest and best food at the condo. Can’t wait to get back to 902 on the beach!

Perfect location

Family had a great time. Easy access to the beach and within walking distance to several stores. Tiki bar was great as well. The beach chairs were a plus.

Short and Sweet Getaway

Perfect location to enjoy the beach and the property itself. Kids enjoyed the pool most and i enjoyed the beach and the sunset. We would love to stay longer next time we visit.

Very nice stay

9th floor unit very close to the elevator which made it super convenient. Cute decor and comfy bed. Walking distance to good restaurants and activities. Loved it here and plan to return again.

PCB Weekend

We had a FANTASTIC weekend. The Summit is an older resort but as long as you know that it’s a great time. You can tell the condo was renovated somewhat recently. This room was great and we loved the beach chairs even though we only got to use them one day because of rain. We would stay here again.

Originally from Port Neches Texas I Graduated in 2001 from High school and joined the Army. Spent 4 years in the army now a veteran I live in Georgia and enjoy spending time with my family two beautiful girls ages 7 and 13 and two smart boys 14 and 16. Every year we take a trip to the beach where I like to spend time creating memories we enjoy the sun in our face, sand in our toes, and salty water. After a long day its great to just enjoy the sound of the ocean. We visited PCB and fell in love with the area so we decided to let other people enjoy the time we had there.

We came to PCB on vacation and we absolutely fell in love with the area and the Summit beach resort that we wanted to buy property here so that we can have a place to can call home. The Summit is well maintain and in a great area to bring your friend or family to spend some quality time together.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Great view from the balcony of the emerald green water and amazing sunset will make you not want to leave. The kids will love the bunk beds with their own TV's.
