Den rymliga lägenheten på 2323 kvadratmeter på 23: e våningen har MASTER SOVRUM OCH LEVENOMRÅDE DIREKT PÅ GULVEN! En 30 fot balkong är tillgänglig från golv till tak glidande glasdörrar i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Upptäck det lugna ljudet av vågorna och den spektakulära utsikten över viken från denna 5-stjärniga enhet.

SPARA PENGAR! Våningssalen har eget badrum och ger dig fördelen med ett andra sovrum utan priset. Det finns två dubbla våningssängar. Dessa lägenheter är möblerade med möbler i traditionell stil. Familjerummet har en drottning bäddsoffa, en stol och en kärlekssits och 50-tums platt-TV med DVD. Sovrummet har en 35 "platt-TV / DVD och King size-säng. Det finns två stora badrum med badkar / dusch. Enheten har travertinstenar och golvmatta, 9 fot tak, golv till takfönster och skjutdörrar i glas, barområde på balkongen.

Vår utväg ligger på 636 fot vackra vita sandstränder. Ett förstklassigt lägenhet med familjeort med en imponerande mängd bekvämligheter. Den primära hyresgästen måste vara minst 25 år gammal. Två enorma lagunpooler på 4200 kvadratmeter vardera med Tiki-bar, ett 4300 anläggningskonditioneringscenter med "hälsobar" och spa, bastu, ångbad, ett konferenscenter på 5000 kvadratmeter, film / mediecenter, uppvärmd inomhuspool, två varma badkar, sju höghastighetshissar, spelrum, närbutik, kortrum och mycket, mycket mer!

Vi har också betalat för strandservice för våra gäster (mars-oktober) som inkluderar en uppsättning av solstolar och paraply - $ 45 / dag värde om det köps separat.

Spectacular view! Master bedroom was a nice size and the bed was very comfy! And, having a patio door with the view 8n the bedroom was great. Location was great too...walking distance to some restaurants and Pier Park.

DON’T MISS THIS ONE! My only hesitation was the 26th floor (never stayed that high), but once we got there it was worth it… all you see is water & all you hear is waves. So peaceful! The condo is spacious with the master bed & bath bigger than some houses we’ve rented. The bunk bed has its own space & a bonus large full bathroom-perfect for our teen. I mean, not having to share a bathroom, score!! I appreciated the simple, tasteful decor. No reason to compete with that view from the floor to ceiling windows. The balcony was a perfect size, room for sitting with a cocktail, coffee, or even a meal on the 2 round tables. Tidewater is a perfect location, close to the “Y” and Winn Dixie for groceries & supplies. 24 hour security. And the wristbands are used to scan in/out of all areas including on/off the beach. Very safe. The on site theater was a fun bonus for family movie night. Host Max is awesome, quick to respond. The condo is so comfy & had everything we needed. Thank you for the beach chairs & the luggage stand- didn’t have to keep the extra suitcase on the floor:)

My husband and I just went for R & R.. we were in our cindo, or at the beach or pool. This condo is well decorated, and very clean. Its not beachy decor. The views are amazing. Love the balcony.

There were no clean towels. There were dirty sheets on the bed. The bed had not been changed. Dirty towels and sheets piled up in the bathroom. There was half a roll of toilet paper. EXCELLENT View of the beach. Breathtaking! Very spacious property. Perfect location. The owner was responsive about the issues.

I was very disappointed with this stay. On the 1st day of getting there we were greeted with a stopped up bathtub in the master bedrooom. We contacted the owner and he arranged for some one to drop off a bottle of draino. Which of corse did not work. So we didnt use the master bathroom again after 1st day. The shower curtains were full of mold and mildew in both restrooms. The master bedroom bed had a 10 dollar paper thin blanket with no extras and the mattress had a giant sink whole in it. Felt like an episode of my 600 lb life was filmed in there. The kids we were not able to use the bunk beds after the 1st night. Woke up complaining about how bad both of their backs were hurting so i began to investigate and realized because of a combination of the mattresses being thin and the mattresses didnt have suitable box springs. Ended up having the kids sleep on the pull out couch.The kitchen sink leaks under the sink. Had to empty that out at least once. Floors and beds were not clean. Lets be clear. I in no way shape or form am looking for reimbursement or compensation. Im simply making sure that the owner is aware of these issues and needs to fix them before renting out again.

Unit was great! View was spectacular. Bed was comfortable. Beach service was the best we have ever encountered. They were attentive and came to move the umbrella when the sun moved to ensure we didn’t get burned. Some elevators were down for repairs.

The condo was nice. The elevators were terrible but considering there are 30 floors in the condo I guess it could have been worse. I didn’t like having to pay an extra person fee for over 4 guests. Make sure when you are looking put in the correct number of people that may be going. I put 4 down, but always know there will be an extra friend go with my daughter. I had to pay 20 extra per night!! 140 I wasn’t expecting to have to pay. No where else have I ever paid this in PCB!!

Beach getaway

Stay was very comfortable and relaxing. There was plenty to keep us occupied between the pools, hot tibs, and beach. Waits for elevators can be a bit long if trying to take a luggage cart, but once you get on one, it moves pretty quickly.

Our condo has bedroom on the Gulf side, and you can see and hear the waves while in your bedroom. The 30 foot balcony allows for nice and relaxing dinners while enjoying sunset over the Gulf. It is a real beach paradise!
