Fabulous!

We absolutely loved our stay. This condo was beautiful and our views were spectacular. The Summit amenities were great from the tiki bar to beach service! We are hoping to return again!

Loved this condo!

Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend! They have literally everything you need in the condo, it's super easy to come and go away from all the high traffic hotels. The bed was very comfy and slept well which is a huge plus for us!

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect for a couple. Very nicely decorated, comfortable bed and very well stocked with most everything you need for cooking.

Perfect family vacay

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit! Communication with Debra prior to and during the vacation was great & the check in process was super easy. The condo was clean, the on site amenities were nice, & the kids enjoyed all of the poolside activities at night. Definitely a family fun get away!

One of the best Condos in the Summit

Miss Debra was amazing! The place was soo comfy and clean, the only downside was the pool not being open later but hopefully next year it will be and I’m definitely booking with them again! We love the Summit due to the amenities on the property and location. this rental was the best so far of the 4 years we’ve stayed if cleanliness and comfort is important this one is it!

Absolutely the best vacation

We stay at the summit every year. This year we rented from the Stanfords and from the moment of booking until we left its been a smooth stress free vacation. Very clean and it feels like home. We will definitely be booking again

Great location!

Great Stay

As soon as we got there the first thing we noticed was how clean and well kept everything was. The room was perfectly stocked. The view from the balcony was amazing. Also there was so much to do on the property with multiple pools and hot tubs. I would definitely recommend The Summit and room 1203.

We had the best time! Ms.Debra was so great to communicate with. She kept me informed of any changes that we needed to know about, & was extremely accommodating. The condo was beautiful, clean & perfect for our little family! Definitely would chose this place again!

Beautiful place to relax

What a beautiful view! The condo is exactly as described. The view out to the ocean is gorgeous! You can sit on the couch and see it perfectly! So many fun things to do at the resort. We enjoyed the karaoke and entertainment at night. We tried the hamburger place on the property and it had good food and great mixed drinks. We would highly recommend this condo. If we come back we will stay here again! Thanks for a beautiful place to relax!

Family summer vacation

We love renting from Debra! She responds so fast with any and all questions! The condo is simply perfection! Its home away from home for us now! The view is fabulous, the condo itself has movie might by the pool , a DJ some nights. Workers are all over so any issue is fixed promptly. We have never had any issue with Debra's condo. The picture is exactly what you walk in and see! We will not book with anyone else!!!

Wonderful week in Panama!

We stayed in this unit in May & had the most wonderful week. The property was exactly as pictured. Extremely clean, very well stocked with all the things you would need, & perfect view! The only issue we had was the elevators stopped working at check out & we had to walk 12 flights of stairs with luggage and kids, but this is not anything the owner could help. Things happen! Mrs. Debra was so sweet & extremely accommodating to our requests. I cannot wait to return, & we will most definitely book this unit again! Thank you Mrs. Debra for opening up your home away from home to me and my family!

Beautiful ocean view, on beach, wish we could stay longer

I practically lived on the beach while we were there. The condo was very comfortable. With the tear down of Spinnakers next door you would think it would be annoying but we never even noticed anything except more dust on the truck. They had entertainment at the pool several evenings. Everything looked clean. The owner was very cooperative and nice. We will go back.

We have owned this property for 18+ years and have made it our second home! We enjoy sharing it with others who will enjoy it as we do!! We are native Georgians and live in North Atlanta. We've been going to Panama City Beach since childhood and therefore decided to purchase a property there so we can go as often as we can!! Thank you for your interest!!!

We LOVE the beach and had to have an ocean view property! We enjoy sipping coffee from our sofa or the balcony and looking at that beautiful ocean that God created !!! We especially enjoy the sunsets from our balcony!!!
