I love how peaceful it is here, but it’s still just a short 15-minute drive to all the fun and famous spots in Antigua, like Arco de Santa Catalina and Central Park. It’s a great mix of calm and convenience.
The neighborhood feels welcoming and friendly, with easy access to shops and local places to eat. It’s a nice little getaway where you can experience the real local vibe but still be close to everything you want to see and do in Antigua.

From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful sights of the volcanoes, mountains, and the clubhouse — perfect for relaxing and taking in the natural beauty of the area. Another great feature is that the house is on a corner lot, which means easy and private access, plus a bit more space and privacy compared to other homes.
We take pride in offering a peaceful, comfortable stay with modern amenities in a quiet, secure neighborhood. It’s the perfect home base to enjoy both the tranquility of the surroundings and the excitement of nearby Antigua Guatemala.
