This ocean view condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a dresser, AC and Heat, mini kitchen, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 3rd floor of the Tides Building, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and gorgeous sunsets!

This rental features some unique updates that many others simply do not have. The kitchen has been modified, and our guests love the oversized countertop space, as well as the extra cabinets for storage. The accent wall and colorful paint really make this condo feel like a home away from home! A sleeper sofa has been installed to provide some extra seating and sleeping arrangements for our guests.

As of Spring 2022, this unit has been updated with fresh paint, new sleeper sofa, new queen bed, new dressers, and new dining table and chairs!

The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to cook! Guests will have access to a full size fridge, freezer, stove, oven, kitchen sink, and more. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
