This Highly covered main floor unit feels more like a house than a condo with a spacious deck and oversized pool for amazing relaxation. The deck offers both, sunlight and shade options for your preference. Breathtaking sunsets and back drop of the Pacific Ocean will make your experience a memorable one.
This rental includes daily housekeeping, which includes the preparation of a delicious home cooked family style meal (breakfast or lunch) and the use of a brand new 6-seat golf cart .

For outdoor enthusiasts there are 2 Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses nearby (Bahia and Pacifico) as well as outstanding tennis courts, wellness facilities, and beach clubs. Las Marietas also features a community swimming pool, barbecue area, and fitness center for residents and guests. Other activities include surfing, kayaking, cycling, water sports and boat trips.

Please note there is a 3% service fee that will be sent as an additional payment request through VRBO and payable on booking.
