Recently renovated . 2 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront condo! This second floor unit has breathtaking views of the lighthouse, wildlife, and of course, the ponies. Sea Tag's brand new deep water floating dock is the best on the island. Boat slip included with rental - fishing and crabbing right from the dock! Amenities include central heat and AC, high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, DISH network television. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom features bunk (twin) beds, a full size bed, and a flat screen TV. The living room includes sofa and love-seat with flat screen TV. This unit also features a well stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, blender, crock pot, dishwasher, convection oven and microwave.

Excellent condo with an Amazing view!

Assateague state park was amazing, and we were able to see the ponies up close. The tranquility of the island gave my family a nice and relaxing stay.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the waterfront condo! The view is lovely and peaceful. The condo was perfectly clean, it had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and we had ample space for a family of 4. Additionally, we didn't need anything during our stay, but I did end up leaving a couple jackets behind and I didn't realize it. The owner was so kind to message me about them and send them to my home in Michigan. If we ever make it back to Chincoteague, we would stay here again!

Weekend Getaway!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful view of sunset and sunrise from balcony! Loved watching and listening to the birds and sounds of nature. The condo was clean with comfortable accommodations.

MID WEEK VAYCAY

Just stayed a couple of days and made the most of it..Saw the Ponies and other wildlife at the park..Took a walk on the beach. Had nice drinks and food at restaurants. The apartment was fantastic..!! CLEAN! ORGANIZED! Came with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Will try this same apartment again!

An absolute delight!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen and little extra touches that were thoughtful, like the towel and bathing suit hooks in the bathroom. The view from the deck was outstanding, and we loved being able to see the lighthouse and watch the ponies in the field across the water. Though we never did go out on the dock, it certainly would be great for fishing or launching a kayak. Chincoteague offers so much to enjoy, with the lovely beach, park and good food. And this property is a perfect place to stay to both explore all the area offers and to relax and take in the beautiful views. We hope to return!

Chincoteague Girls’ Getaway

This is my 2nd time staying here, and I have plans to come back. Great location - quiet and very scenic. Unit is clean, well-appointed, and nicely decorated. The host is responsive and very accommodating. It’s a great place to stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was exactly as described. It was in a beautiful location. Close to the beach, restaurants and some shopping. The local grocery store is priced very high. I would definitely pre-shop. However the condo was perfect and exactly as described. The host communicated clearly and timely. 10/10 reccomend.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is our third stay at this property. The whole family looks forward to our annual trip to Chincoteague. This property has everything you need to host your family on the island, a well equipped kitchen, access to a dock for fishing & crabbing, a deck for picnic dinners overlooking the water.

Great condo

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was well labeled and easy to find. Great instructions and suggestions for things to do. Comfortable beds and a nice quiet location. Would happily stay again!
