The Perfect Spot for singles or couples

A little noisey from the train nearby, dogs next door and A/C unit. Great place to walk to downtown, the grocery store and nearby trails.

Riverfront studio

Great little place! So convenient and close to the Podium, I was there for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Only negative was that it overlooked a liquor store, but I kept the blinds closed so not really a big deal.

Its a very nice place and a great place to stay for the weekend but if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend due to the train.

Convenient location and clean!

This is a well laid out spot in a great location near downtown. Easy access to the major roads and the hosts were friendly, accommodating, and communicative. 10/10 in my book.

Wonderful apartment

The place was lovely, very clean and organized. The neighborhood was walkable with several nice places to have a meal or enjoy a cup of coffee. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Spokane.

easy stay

easy to get around from the vrbo! a fast drive to downtown or a leisurely walk and relatively close to a park where i was able to go for a run. the apartment was clean and comfy, tho if you are a light sleeper, there were def train noises through the night. they had some ear plugs stocked in the bathroom.

Great Location

The apartment was amazing! It was clean, secure and with all the amenities you needed. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and found wonderful restaurant's within walking distance. A lot of good food in the area. In fact, we have booked another night before our flight home!

Clean and comfortable

Hannah place was very clean, comfortable, and just like the pictures. It had everything I needed during my stay. You are pretty close to the train track which does past through at night but ear plug are provided which are very helpful! Great stay, highly recommended!

Cute homey place to stay

My husband and I came over from Seattle to visit my mom and we have found our new place to stay. Clean and cozy, we felt secure and at home in this lovely little VRBO. Would recommend and we will definitely be back whenever we come for a visit! Bonus points if you get to pet their 15 month old love of a pup on the front porch.

Comfortable space with everything needed

Perfect space for a night before an early flight out of Spokane. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. We walked to grocery where there were some sketchy characters in the parking lot . But we felt safe at the house.

Lovely place!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the sound of the train and the sun shining in through windows in morning. There was an odd oder and had to keep windows open and mattress was harder than we like. Other than that it was wonderful!

Hannah and Kalani är värd

We are a couple of young professionals living in Spokane. Hannah is originally from New Zealand and Kalani was born and bred in Spokane, WA. We love this city and welcoming people to it as hosts! We have a studio and 1 bed unit for rent on the same property that we live at.

Kalani loves basketball (Go GS Warriors and Gonzaga Bulldogs!). Hannah enjoys movies, books and hosting people.

We have recently finished a full refurbishment of the units, right down to the studs, in September 2020, so it's all fresh and new! We enjoy welcoming people to our neighborhood and look forward to having you stay.

We love this property because of the location - it's seriously close to just about everything! There's so many great restaurants and cafes within a short walk/drive. Not to mention, it's Spokane's first neighborhood so it's great for a walk to look at all the stunning mansion architecture.

The benefits of staying at our place are many, but include the likes of:
- Having your own, private unit to yourself
- Proximity to shops, eateries and core locations likes downtown, nightlife, the airport and conference centers
- Being fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen including basic ingredients and all the dishes and utensils you'll need
- The place is also cleaned by clean-freaks who are careful to disinfect every hard surface especially all things regularly touched by hands (remotes, light switches, window latches, appliance buttons, toilets, showers, faucets etc)
