It was a wonderful stay

So I’m big on cleanliness, so the house definitely satisfied that. However the patio was clean but the patio chairs were a mess and out of place. We ended up rearranging and putting them back in place. The house is in a gated community which I liked. The house is very spacious and modern. The kitchen had everything in it to use for cooking purposes. The pool is a large size. Your essential towels are there, plus beach towels. The house has its necessities but you have to buy your own food/spices/etc. I enjoyed my stay. I should also mention that we had difficulties latching back the pool gate, we could not get the two sections to come together to lock it. Nevertheless, it was a great experience. It did get hot during the night. Luckily there was a fan in the downstairs Master Bedroom. There are two in-suite rooms one downstairs and upstairs. Large and gorgeous. I was very comfortable. I hope you will enjoy your stay too.

10 days all adults

The house is very nice and well equipped. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels, dishes, utensils, etc. I would definitely recommend this home. Just a few cons that should be addressed by property manager. The dish washer didn't work, we tried running it but when it was done the dish washer tab would still be in the holder. We ended up washing everything by hand. The iron needs replacing, left black mark on my white pants the first time i used it. We had to run out and buy toilet tissue and paper towels as soon as we arrived. There were no extra rolls besides what was already on the holders. These are minor inconveniences that could be easily addressed and bump this home up a star.

June 2023 Family Vacatuon

The house was perfect for our stay. There were ten of us staying and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a big hit with everyone and the laundry was great. I would definitely recommend this house for large family groups.

A really nice stay in Davenport, FL

Description of the property as listed on VRBO is very accurate. This is a very clean, well appointed and well maintained home in a safe community. Communications with the owner were exceptional. Chris was amazingly quick with responses and provided good guidance to our questions. Property management company were not quite as responsive but were still reachable and provided good feedback. Would recommend this property to others and would easlity decide to stay at this property again.

Beautiful home, very clean,plenty of pots and pans to cook. Rented two years in a row and would rent again if owner doesn’t forget to let security at gate know you are checking in.

My family and myself had a great time at this location. My accommodating for my kids. I have teenage boys and the owner has a gaming system and a nice playroom set up which helped my kids stay active. The pool was great which my entire family enjoyed. Home is very spacious which makes it very big and comfortable for a large group of people. The communication between myself and the owner was great. He also was very attentive during our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

spacious home for a big family or large group

Property was lovely with up to date decor and furnishings. We loved the openness of the first floor for family together time. Location was good, about 35 minutes from Orlando Intl Airport if the traffic was good, same with other entertainment, convenient to shopping and good restaurants. There were a few maintenance issues that were handled quickly by the property management company to the best of their ability as one issue was related to the sliding glass door frame that was dysfunctional making the door very difficult to open and close, but they said it needed to be replaced and that couldn't be done while there were guests there. The bedrooms were cozy and all had flat screen TV's and ceiling fans and the home temperature was comfortable, but slightly better on the second level during our stay, again probably related to the faulty sliding glass door, the kids couldn't really get it closed all the way and that affected the temperature in the main area of the home. All the mattresses were newer and comfortable, however the main-floor master bedroom mattress is quite firm, an optional/removable memory foam, or pillow style mattress topper would be a great addition for future guests who don't do so well with a firmer mattress. This is a gated community with security which was very nice, the only downside is that they do not allow any parking on the streets and the driveway only allows for two vehicles, so if you have local family, or friends visit they have to get pre-approved and park at the very front entrance guest parking lot which is quite a ways from the home, definitely not within walking distance. Maybe the HOA could suggest that security offer a golf-cart ride to the address otherwise you have to plan to stop what you're doing to "drive" up to the entrance to pick up any visitors at their car and then drop them off when they are ready to leave. There is a nice binder that gives great detailed information about the home, rules, trash pick-up, local attraction, etc.
