Detta hem byggdes och möblerades som modellshem för denna utväg, och det visar. Från det ögonblick du går in kan du se skillnaden.
Med underbara plattor i bottenvåningen, till moderna moderna möbler och fönsterbehandlingar har detta hem allt. När du kommer in i hemmet hittar du den andra sittgruppen, med två soffor och till och med ett pokerbord!
När du går genom bottenvåningen går du in i matsalen och vardagsrummet med öppen planlösning. Det enorma matbordet på 10 platser är tillverkat av ett träslag och verkligen fångar ögat. I loungen hittar du en stor platt-TV på väggen tillsammans med en DVD-spelare för de avkopplande kvällen efter att ha vandrat genom parkerna hela dagen.

Utanför hittar du det stora pooldäcket med gott om sittplatser och solstolar, däcket har till och med inbyggda ljus för kvällen du behöver svalna!

På övervåningen hittar du kungens master-svit, med stort badrum med duschrum. På övervåningen hittar du ytterligare två sovrum med kungar, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en våningssäng. Varje sovrum har en platt-TV,

I spelrummet hittar du ett biljardbord, airhockeybord och till och med ett fotbollsbord för att hålla barnen (eller barnen i hjärtat) underhållen i timmar.

Allt detta i de vackra grindarna, bevakade semesterorten Watersong. Klubbhuset är bara några minuters promenad och har ett enormt gym, ett cybercafé, beachvolleyboll, lekplats och till och med en green!

Detta hem har utrustats med en tvättmaskin i full storlek, torktumlare, strykjärn, strykbräda, vakuum och andra husvaror du kan behöva under din vistelse.

Hospitality at its finest

We are so grateful that this house had all of the amenities our family needed. We chose to stay outside of the beaten path to enjoy our family time and it was a wonderful choice. Close to Publix, Dunkin, and all we needed when we needed it.

Excellent house

We had the best time in this beautiful home where we celebrated my great grandson birthday There was enough room for everyone to spread out. They enjoyed having the pool so they could swim whenever they wanted along with the spa. My great grandson loved showing off his swimming skills. We plan on renting from you again soon. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home for our vacation.

2025 Golf trip

great bang for your buck

The house was a great rental. Extremely spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Checking in had a small delay as we weren't on the list at the guard shack, but after calling the rental company it was fixed in about 10 minutes. the day after we arrived I got a text from the rental co. asking if we needed anything. I told them the toaster didn't work but it wasn't life and death but if they wanted to get us a new one they could (didn't) that was the only 2 complaints ( super minor) I would definately 100% stay here again.

Huge, wonderful home!

We have stayed in Watersong before, and we have yet to be disappointed! This house was big, very clean, the pool (we opted to add heat) was AMAZING! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was huge! United Vacation Homes was great to work with. The security guards at the front gate were super kind and helpful, and even the neighbors were great! We definitely recommend this home!

Watersong Rental

It is located within a short driving distance of golfing or Disney. Traffic will play a role in transportation times. The property was clean and maintained. The checkin process was simple and straight forward. I would stay here again without hesitation

Nice spot liked the gated community.

Place was as listed, just a couple of items needed taken care card table chairs were broken, well used I imagine, The floor around the family room couch area, could use a good scrubbing, There was no barbq They do nee to restock their glasses, but we would book this location again as it was central to everywhere and had the space for 3 couples to stay The owner/management was very quick to respond to any questions and help out.

Great house for large group

This is a great house. Very big with a lot of amenities. But there are still a few things they could do better. None of the TVs worked until we had a technician come out (when we weren't home), and he only fixed one of them. The blinds don't work. They have a poker table, but the deck of cards is missing one of the 52 cards. Can't afford a new deck? Be sure to bring everything you need in a kitchen, even down to salt and pepper, because you won't find it here! Another problem is that there is only room for 4 cars. We were a softball team with 14 players. Half in this house and half in the one next door. The excess have to be parked in front of the guardhouse at your own risk.

Place was as seen in the pictures. Property management was responsive when called upon. Not sure if there's a separate package for heating the jacuzzi because it wasn't hot but, it was still a nice options. If you plan to use the kitchen. I suggest you use disposable pans and bake things. Not very good cookware and utensils are poor in quality. This is only based off my personal needs as I do love to cook. It is only my personal opinion that, if it were my own I'd provide better suited cookware and utensils. Other than that what's given to use will still get the job done. I actually bought a skillet and new chef's knife and left it for the following guests. We were hoping for at minimum a gas grill but I'm not sure if the property is allowed or if it's just a hazard they're trying to avoid. Place was very beautiful. Game room in garage needs an update and in the summer it's pretty hot and stuffy in there. Needs better ventilation or cooling system in that particular area. The living room TV is a good size but the bedroom tvs are way too small. Not even like small but super small. I'm a TV person that likes to be in the room at times and it was difficult to watch a simple program cause the rooms are of good size especially the master but the TV was like for 5yr olds. I cannot say how the other mattresses felt but the master was a bit worn. Still slept good but, could use an updated newer mattress especially for a vacation home. That's something to rotate.

Great house!

Great house, tons of space and things to do. Presents exactly as it is pictured. Commute to Disney was not ideal. Traffic was crazy, took exponentially longer than it should have to get to most places including the house on check-in day. Otherwise all was great, just be prepared ;).

Orlando Wedding and parks holiday

Absolutely fantastic property. Everything you needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms with both bath and shower in some rooms. The downstairs living accommodation was huge with an open plan kitchen. The outside area had a lovely pool which was a blessing after long days at the parks. In the garage was a games room with pool table and air hockey. A large round poker table was available too if you fancied a game of cards. 6 adults and one infant had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely book it again if we ever go to Florida again.

We were a little disappointed in the accommodations. The beds are really low to the floor. The carpet upstairs and in stairwell was stained. The dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes, you may want to look into this which will cause the electric bill to be extremely high. The roaches in the kitchen, and the roaches in the kitchen we had to buy some (home defense). The neighborhood was great, as well as the neighbors.The house was in close range of most places we went.

My stay

Overall my experience was pretty good. There was quite a few cockroaches around the home and that was something that I noticed as I furthered into my stay at the home. Communication with the home owner wasn’t as great. I tried to contact them about some issue with the parking but they didn’t explain to me how to resolve the issue.

Great family vacation home

We enjoyed our weeks stay at this home. The home was perfect for our needs since we were a family of 9, plenty of room for everyone to spread out . The kitchen/dining room area had enough seating for all of us to be able to enjoy dinners together. Kitchen had an ample supply of plates, etc. I cannot tell you how many hours the kids spent in the pool to say they enjoyed it is an understatement. The home was very clean upon arrival. We were concerned about how long a drive it would be to get to the parks since the home was in Davenport but the drive was not a problem at all. It took us approximately 25-30 minutes to get to SeaWorld from the home. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. within a short drive to the house. The Watersong Community is very picturesque and clean. You can expect to hear dump trucks coming into the community since there is still construction happening in the community. The only issue we had was trying to get an additional guest pass for our son. We were unaware that each car must be registered with the guard gate and there was nothing in the rental agreement or other paperwork informing us of that. We had a wonderful time in the beautiful home (expect some wear and tear on some of the furniture and the carpeting), and would love to stay again in the future.

Spacious home but showing it’s age. Management hard to get a hold of.

I’ll start by saying it was a huge house! We loved the space, it fit our family perfectly. Beyond that I’ll have to say we were dissatisfied. 1. It was starting to look a little run down 2. We had ants in the kitchen that management would not respond to until we mentioned that the air conditioner upstairs broke down 3. The AC broke down and never did work again even after the repair person came to fix it. The last 3 nights were uncomfortable to sleep in 4. The master bedroom bed was broken so the mattress sags and the shower door doesn’t shut 5. The kitchen is still lacking common items but overall was able to work that out 6. As in other reviews the hot tub gets terribly hot so you can’t have it running very long. We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs and this location did not have the feeling of owners who cared about the stay. It feels like just a business transaction for them. The management was hard to get ahold of until we had to contact them about the AC.

Second stay not as good as first stay at this house

We were looking forward to our return visit to this house, since the size and layout of the home is perfect for our family vacation. After driving almost 9 hours we arrived at the house to find out the entry code given to us was not working. Tried calling management company, no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail. Luckily Maria at the guard shack was able to get in touch with the owner to remotely reprogram the door code. The house did have some new furniture but the furniture didn’t outweigh the signs of needed attention. During our stay we found bugs in the kitchen area and bathrooms. The kitchen equipment (utensils, pot/pans) definitely need to be replaced. A house that size should not only have 9 forks. Some of the pots and pans were so dirty and/or old we were didn’t use them. The hot tub could not be used because when the jets were turned on the water drained out from the hot tub (reported to manage company). In addition, the pool was turning greener as the week went by! The first time we used the clothes dryer, it made a loud banging noise. We reported this to management company and a maintenance man did come out and told us that parts to be ordered and they would arrive the following week to fix the dryer but it was ok to still use the dryer. Based on this weeks experience, we won’t be renting this home in the future.
