WELCOME TO CASA DE EVILINA, a beautiful beachfront retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. With breathtaking ocean views, an inviting courtyard, and an open floor plan, this home is the perfect destination for your next coastal getaway.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bedroom, located on the east side of the house, features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and stunning ocean views right from bed. The second bedroom, on the west side, also offers a king bed and ocean viewâideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is cozy and peaceful, overlooking the courtyard and includes a full bed and a twin bed. A full bathroom and half bathroom are conveniently located nearby.

Your stay begins with a charming courtyard that sets the tone for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Lush surroundings and a warm ambiance welcome you into the heart of the home.
INDOOR LIVING SPACE
The open-concept design allows for a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A beautiful, ornate fireplace (not for guest use) serves as a centerpiece. The living and dining areas are perfectly positioned to maximize the ocean views from large beachfront windowsâcreating a calming and scenic backdrop for time spent with family or friends.
