Thompson fritidshus är en tre sovrum tre och en halv bad hem i gated Las Conchas community. En hopfällbar säng är tillgänglig för en extra gäst. Tillgång till stranden ligger tvärs över gatan via stranden gränden mellan två stranden hus, är stranden ca 50 yards bort. Varje rum har en privat badrum. En halv bad ligger på bottenvåningen i anslutning till det stora rummet och kök. Köket är fullt utrustad med allt som behövs för en bekväm semester; kylskåp, spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, grytor och stekpannor, tallrikar, glas och bestick. Den stora rum ligger i anslutning till köket med en köksbänk och matbord. Bekväma soffor ger visning på TV: n som erbjuder Dish Network kanaler. Utanför finns tre uteplatser som har utsikt över havet av Cortes från olika nivåer, var och en med ett bord och bänkar. Förutom de uteplatser är en veranda med sittplatser och tillgång till grillplats. Säker parkering är bakom grindar på gården. Las Conchas har 24/7 vaktpatruller så att du kan känna dig trygg vistas här.

Close to the beach!

This house worked out great for us. The dogs loved the terraces and the fenced yard and we all loved the short walk to the beach. It is also a nice feature that all of the bedrooms have their own attached bathroom.

Short stay for Birthday party.

We enjoyed the short stay we had just before Thanksgiving. The short walk to the beach afforded us an walk to enjoy the sand and sights.

Great beach house

Great stay at the Thompson Vacation Home

Very spacious and every room had its own bathroom, beautiful views from the balcony and a short walk from the beach.

Great for families wanting a private spot close to the city

Everything was as described, and the host was very helpful. We are a family of 7 and we like to have some space, be close to the beach, and be close to the city. This was great.

Thompson house stay

The house was very nice, it had everything we needed. We had no problems getting in to the house or with anything else. I recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway

We have stayed here 3 times and nice location to the beach, directly across the street. House is comfortable to take the whole family and still have space. The whole property is enclosed so very safe for dogs

Terrific

We love staying here. It's clean, comfy, close to beach and a great ocean view. What more can you ask for. We are just jealous of the people coming in next. We could easily stay another week. Everything we needed was supplied. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great for our family!

We came from Tucson (4.5 hours) for 4 nights of our spring break. We have 4 kids (ages 9-16) and LOVED the house and the proximity to the beach. We all had a spot to sleep and the couches were comfy for hanging out together. We enjoyed the super quick walk to the beach to explore the tide pools. The host was close and helped us get settled.

Los Conchas stay

Very nice property. Great views. Good location. We stayed for a month and loved it. I appreciate having dog friendly properties to rent. We really enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach! Owners are right next door and very responsive. Would stay again.

Family getaway

The home has sufficient car parking! The home was huge and very open floor plan living area and kitchen very spacious as well as the rooms and main restrooms were big! Super close to beach in the second row of the beach front homes. Definitely would stay here again!

So nice!

Great house, wonderful views of the ocean & right across the road from beach access. The owner is a couple of doors down & very helpful. On request, he left a list of restaurants he recommended & even a map of the town. We will definitely be back!

Second stay, just as good as the first

Repeat stay at this home. I truly enjoy all the outside viewing space. Wish it had shade umbrellas on the top decks for the hot summer days. See you again in October!!

Perfect Location

The property is nice and has all the amenities full stocked kitchen with every tool you need. The layout is nice. There is work being done behind the house but was little bother as we went to the beach all day. Bring your own beach towels, toys, and chairs.

Really nice property

House was clean, good communication with Gary. We had issues with the brand new AC unit but Gary had it repaired quickly, even offered to help us find another place. Night temperature was in the 60s so no need, would definitely recommend the property to others.

Comfy and relaxing beach house

House was perfect for us, our two little dogs and our friends! Super quick walk to the beach and great views from the margarita deck. The house is a little older and worn, but well stocked and clean. If you have bigger dogs and close the gate, it is fully fenced. My little Maltese mix could get under the gate if she tried. We’ve been coming to Rocky Point for years, and this is one of the best houses we’ve rented. We are hoping to be back soon!
