From the minute you walk through the door you'll feel at home. With the expansive living room which is decorated beautifully, large dining room, updated kitchen with granite countertops, large master bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and private bathroom, you wont want to leave. Additionally, there's a second bedroom with a full size bed, and separate full bathroom.
There is an extra deep attached single car garage with automatic door opener.
The laundry room has a newer washer and dryer and is located inside of the condo.
The condo is completely furnished and move in ready. Just hang your clothes in the walk in closet and viola', you're ready for some Sun and fun. Head to the heated pool and hot tub, play tennis in one of two tennis courts, or chalk your pool stick and play a game of billiards in the updated clubhouse.
There are several beaches in the area including the infamous Siesta Key Beach, Turtle, and Crescent. Or, go to Legacy Trail which offers, biking, hiking, jogging, and walking. The trail goes from Sarasota to Fort Myers. For shopping, we recommend St. Armand Circle and historic downtown Sarasota.

Great place.

This is the 4th year we have stayed for 6 weeks or longer in this property. Previously we had rented 4 different units in this development and this one is by far the best. Sue is great to deal with. Everything is updated and well kept. You’ll love it. Do note that while the bed in the 2 nd bedroom is new and very comfortable it is full size so it was a bit cramped for 2 full sized people. You will love your stay here as we have for years.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spectacular, clean, and well supplied. The owner was super nice even at midnight when we had a key emergency. We felt truly at home on our vacation.

Great location and "home away from home"

Property was "up to date" and in very good condition, great kitchen, spacious living room, nice screened porch off the large Master bedroom. Short walk or drive to the large community pool which we enjoyed every day, calming walks each evening around the traffic -free neighborhood.

A great location. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was communicative and responsive. The home was well maintained and in a pretty location. We hope to return on our next trip to Florida!

This was our second stay at this villa we have stayed in many other villas in this community and this one is by far the best. Great furnishings, totally upgraded in kitchen and baths and an owner that is very available. Best of the rest.

Sue's place is extremely nice, clean, and thoughtfully decorated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The furniture was comfortable to sit on and the beds lulled us to sleep. Sue responded to all communication quickly and truly cared about our stay and I would definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed staying here!

The property is looking great and clean. Location is very easy to access to Siesta Key beach, shopping and restaurant. The area is very nice and quiet and neighborhood is friendly. I would stay here again if I have a chance coming back to Sarasota.

Thorough Enjoyment

My wife and I have stayed in this area before and love the location and pool, etc. However, this Villa was by far the best. It was well stocked, very clean, and the owner was easy to work with and checked with us to make sure things were good. So we have booked for next year already!

Beautifully Decorated Villa

Awesome location...close to the beaches, shopping, restaurant and bike trail. We enjoyed our stay so much. The owners are very thoughtful, providing us with numerous brochures and clear communication. The check-in process went smoothly. The villa was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, and both bedrooms had comfortable beds. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this wonderful villa.

Great house!

The house was lovely. My only problem was finding it- a palm tree covered the numbers which di not go in any kind of order! However the owner and the neighbors helped me find it. The house was lovely.

Home was better than advertised. Kitchen was fully stocked with dish and cookware. Many condiment, cooking, seasoning, drinks and pantry items were available. Owner very thoughtful to provide likely forgotten items (i.e. reading glasses, books, beach hat, lotions), house was spotless, location convienient to beaches, shopping, restaurants, museums. Very spacious living room, comfortable beds and plenty of towels and supplies. Pool and hot tub were very refreshing.

Loved this condo!

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed!! This condo was very spacious and cozy and extremely clean! The layout was great! Everything you could think of was there for your needs (pillows galore, a throw blanket in the living room, a garage with tons of beach things & even some things in the fridge!) we left some items as well to add for the next guest! The owner was super nice and helpful during our stay! I will be keeping this condo in my favorites for upcoming trips to come!

You won’t find a better host!

Our stay in Suzanne’s condo was simply amazing from the moment we stepped through the door! From a water cooler to sunscreen, there isn’t a thing this host didn’t think of! Beds were astoundingly comfortable, not a speck of dirt anywhere and we absolutely loved the home furnishings and decor! It truly felt like a vacation from heaven! Thank you Suzanne! Loved this place!

We really enjoyed our two weeks in this condo. The neighborhood was quiet, but people were friendly. We spent time at the pool and made use of the clubhouse library. The host went out of her way to accommodate us when the cleaning service was unable to get the condo ready for a Christmas arrival. We would love to stay here again!
