Close by IMG but loud tenants upstairs

The property is right next to the IMG, which is what we needed. The commute was amazing, the location very ideal close to the airport. However, The unit is run down and needs a lot of updating. The carpet is dirty. The couch is smelly. The kitchen was functional. The water pressure in the entire unit was horrible, the kitchen sink was barely enough to wash dishes. The sink in the bathroom is clogged. The balcony overlooks a marsh, and the furniture is so dirty outside you can’t even sit on it, nor try and clean it. The worst part of this unit is the owners/renters upstairs. They are extremely loud, stomping their feet, screaming, throwing stuff off the balcony, it was insane. Emptying drinks on their balcony and leaking on to this one. They are up walking around at all hours of the night. It was ridiculous. If you have kids, or if you are visiting for a sports tournament, do not stay here. The best part of this place is the cleaning crew, they are kind, friendly and helpful.

Okay

I’ll start with the positive. It has a washer and dryer. Which was great to have. The bedrooms are bright and cheery. Great closet space. And having 2 bathrooms was great too. Check in and out was easy. Now the negative. It has a musty smell. It is very humid in the apartment. The couch and carpet felt damp and sticky. There was only one dish towel, barely stocked kitchen, and no oven mits or hot pads. It’s ok. We wont be back.

good but changes might make it better

This property was a five on my scale... first the address was a little confusing and would have been explained a little better... the furnishings should be updated. the couch was the most uncomfortable thing to sit on. the TV channels should be listed somewhere in the unit. Water pressure was awful. location was pretty good..I would have to think twice about staying there again.

I enjoyed my stay in Bradenton, the apartment was easy to reach, and access went well. The pool area and parking were well organised, plenty of parking space and the pool was not busy. My only negative comment is that the kitchen was poorly equipped for a month long stay, no toaster, very little cooking utensils other than the saucepans.
