Brand New Luxury loft space, 1600 sq ft, just steps to the best restaurants & shops in Estes. Sip your morning coffee while sitting by the river, then stroll along the local shops. Take in everything that makes downtown Estes Park unique without the fight for parking. Local playground is one block away!

We’ve provided everything you need for your stay with name brand bathroom toiletries, slippers, toy & family games! All rooms have down alternative duvets & pillows, with black out curtains for a perfect nights sleep. Kiddos will be happy with swinging chairs, two televisions & dvds, high chair, pack n play and double BOB stroller provided upon request.

Watch the elk munch on green space right outside, or catch a jeep or rafting tour around the corner. Wonderful space in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants. Bonus of two parking spaces. Host had helpful suggestions and ideas for our stay and was quick to respond. The elks outside our window in the morning was so cool.

Favorite Estes Park rental property

We loved staying here! This is our new favorite rental property in Estes. We visit annually, and this is where we plan to book again next year!

Great location!

We have stayed in Estes in the past and this has been by far the best place we have ever stayed at. The condo was clean, spacious, and in a great location for our group. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location to stay. We mostly hiked around RMNP and appreciated the wide selection of restaurants within walking distance. This rental provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this rental.

Great stay!

My friends and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and the location was a saving grace. Estes Park was very busy and we didn’t have to move the car except to visit RMNP. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend

Great Place Downtown

We LOVED the condo. It is in a great location downtown to walk to stores and restaurants or to walk along the river. 2 reserved parking spaces. Beautifully decorated. Brittany answered my questions quickly during our stay. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Gorgeous and great location!

We stayed in Estes Park and hiked every day in RMNP. This modern, immaculate condo is right in the town with coffee shops etc. out your door. Brittney is lovely and she provides everything you will need. We would stay here again if we return to Estes!!

Holy Cow!!!

Amazing. Perfect location, in the thick of shops and restaurants. Plenty of room to sprawl out. Beds were super comfy. The upstairs bathroom was awesome. The half bath downstairs was perfect for quick little breaks before you hit the streets to explore. Decor was super cute, the hanging chairs were a nice treat. I couldn’t find a speck of dirt. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome!

This condo is by far one of the best we have stayed at. It was clean, roomy, and decorated beautifully! Location is great - right in town on the river walk with 2 parking spaces. Also - visiting in July, air conditioning was much appreciated! Brittany was very helpful and responsive. We needed an iron and Brittany actually brought us an iron and little ironing board the next day! If you're ever in Estes Park , stay here you will love this place - we all did !

Wonderful condo...clean, well stocked, modern, comfortable beds. Great location, very walkable to everything in Estes Park. We were greeted upon arrival by 3 elk in the front yard, one a large sized bull. The Riverwalk behind the condo makes a lovely stroll. There is a playground along this walk, minutes away if you have young ones. Overall great place to stay.
