Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features new sofa, chair and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and crisp white cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.

There is a king bed in the master, the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2 br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great for littles

The splash pad was a hit with our 3 year old & 1.5 year old. The condo was clean but some stains on furniture was noted which made me feel more comfortable that my girls weren’t ruining anything. Jill was easy to get in touch with. The location was close to all of our favorite restaurants and the Walmart neighborhood market. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it an additional night and are looking to come back again next year.

Thanksgiving break vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay with kids and we will definitely be back! The apartment was clean, the location was great (easy access to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Perdido Key), the indoor pool and splash pad was a big hit, and the staff was helpful!The only downside was that bed in the bed in the master bedroom needs updating and was fairly uncomfortable. For that, I had to give 4 stars for general condition instead of 5 because sleeping well on vacation is a must! :) Other than that, it was fantastic and we would definitely come back in the future!

Very clean

Had a great trip. Clean. Exactly as described in the pictures. Our only issue, which wasn't anyone's fault, was the dryer belt broke so it was loud while drying clothes. Beds we comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, blenders, etc. Would enjoy staying here again.

Great Location, Cute Condo

We had a fantastic time at this condo. It was decorated well and had comfortable seating options. Nice large TVs in each room to keep “Paw-Paw” and the toddler happy. We especially loved the pool and splash pad, which was our toddler’s favorite part. The beach was great and easily viewed from the balcony. It really was a lovely stay. Recommend 100%. Very small cons and definitely not dealbreakers: Freezer leaking into the fridge (we placed a cup in the fridge to catch it) Needed under the beds swept

Perfect for our family vacation!

We haven’t taken our kids on a family vacation in 5 years and this was a super last minute decision. I mean we booked this a week before we left LOL but it all worked out perfectly. The place was a perfect location being on the water, a beautiful view of the sunrise + sunset, close to Walmart and other restaurants/shops. I feel like it was both a convenient location but still a relaxing quiet spot. We loved it! Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. Laundry was helpful before leaving! Having two bathrooms was nice with kids. We could have stayed there for a whole month. We really enjoyed it! No issues at all. Highly recommend!

The room was not cleaned properly!! Pee was still in one toilet!! Microwave was not cleaned properly plus had hair hanging from it!!!! Under bed was dirty!! Mirrors were all dirty!! Showers werent bad but weren't the cleanest!!

VERY NICE ACCOMODATIONS

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL FURNISHED. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THE MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER IS A LITTLE SMALL. I KEPT BUMPING MY ELBOW ON THE SIDE OF THE SHOWER AND I CONSIDER MYSELF AN AVERAGE SIZED PERSON. ALSO THE DRAIN COVER KEPT COMING OFF WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER AND HAD TO BE CAREFUL AS YOU COULD EASILY DROP SOMETHING DOWN THE DRAIN WITH THE COVER OFF. THE FURNITURE IN THE DEN WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE TV WAS GREAT FOR WATCHING THE FOOTBALL GAMES. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE FITNESS CENTER IN THE BUILDING YOU MIGHT BE DISAPPOINTED. THE WEIGHT MACHINES ARE RUSTY AND LIMITED IN SELECTION. CARDIO EQUIPMENT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND ALL WORKING.

Never again.

We booked this room without knowing they were doing construction on the decks (that info was conveniently left off the listing). I realize the building needs annual repairs, but the property should provide a discount to guest during that time. Every morning at 8:00 am we were woken by the sound of jackhammers pounding all around (not actually jackhammers but thats what it sounded like). This went on everyday until 5:00 pm! Forget about taking an afternoon nap, or sitting on your balcony for your morning coffee. In addition, this property was subpar to what we are used to in Orange Beach: 1. Shower towels were small, old, and felt like drying off with a Brillo pad (great for a full body exfoliation) 2. The beds were awful! Hard and squeaked every time you move. 3. Rough sheets and paper thin quilt on beds 4. Shower doors in master room was not functioning correctly Unfortunately we will probably never stay at this condo/Phoenix V again. On a positive note, the property manager was very nice.

Reviewer Comments: Guest bedroom the mattress need to be replaced in both beds, property rental should supply extra tissue, trash bags and towels, parking should be free and maintenance request should be handled regardless of whether the issue is minor or major. I was told they would come the same day and never showed up

June 2024 beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this complex because some of our family also had rented a condo here. Phoenix V in Orange Beach is an older complex that needs to be renovated. Terrible elevator situation with long wait times during the day, hot tubs were only inside, very small for a complex this size, and parking was terrible. Very few handicap spaces. The unit we were in was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, which was overpriced at over $3,800 for Saturday to Saturday. The kitchen in our unit had a damaged refrigerator, coffeemaker was basic manual shutoff variety, no keurig, basic kitchen supplies etc...condo had small white thin towels etc...for bathrooms, but the condo was clean. It would have been nice to have an adult pool and a separate kids pool, and same for hot tubs. With all the newer condo complexes in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, and in neighboring beaches eastward to Florida such as Pensacola Beach to Panama City Beach, I will look into accommodations at a different complex for future stays.

Only surprise was on our third day we came back from beach to find a man in our condo bathroom, said he was sent by rental company to address a leak from the condo below. He had tools, left for a few minutes, cam back got his tools and left. Seemed odd because we hadnt received any notice prior. But the rest of the stay was great. The pool and splashpad were great as we had 3 children in our party. Check out was simple with very easy instructions as to what we needed to do. Would rent again.

Beautiful location, amazing views; condo is decent

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix V condo boasts a wonderful location & was close to everything we needed! The view of the beach from the master bedroom and living room was exquisite! The condo itself had decent space for our family of six. The front bedroom with the two queen beds had room mostly for just the beds, but given we were at the beach or pool all day, we didn’t really need more space there. As far as the amenities provided in the condo - this is where we would have loved to see better quality towels and toiletries. Towels were very thin and small, and a few more provisions in terms of hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap were needed. This is the only rental we’ve ever stayed in where we’ve had to provide these things for ourselves. The “starters“ of soap provided by the condo were basically negligible and were good for one day. Friends of ours had three bedroom condos in Phoenix V, and these were far and above better quality than the two bedroom condo.

Master was small no dresser however, there was a small closet along with a full closet. Appliances were all dated. The washing machine an dryer NEED to be replaced. Again, the room was satisfactory as we sent most of our time out and about. I would recommend this property for those under 6 feet.

Not a relaxing vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With having 2 children that played in ball tournaments we didn’t get much time at the beach or pool. If you have a busy schedule stay on a lower floor otherwise you will be waiting for an elevator forever! Room was fair not super clean with some dirty dishes in cabinets, bathroom showers were gross with mold or mildew in the sliding doors and a missing drawer in one bathroom, crunched up chips under coffee table and sofa sleeper , and sand in sofa sleeper. Wish we could’ve gotten in a little earlier if I knew our first evening ( can’t check in until after 4:30 p.m) would be cleaning up.Only one sided communication. Sent a message asking if we could get in any earlier with no response but they messaged me a few times asking how things were going? After asking if we could add another day they replied no it was already rented to someone else. Just not a very restful vacation.
