Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features new sofa, chair and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and crisp white cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.

There is a king bed in the master, the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2 br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great location and amenities!

The condo is a little outdated with the bathrooms being small, but the kitchen and overall space is nice. Cleanliness was a minor issue with the kitchen towel not being clean and dishes still left in the dishwasher. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great few nights in this unit. It was a great location (unit and building). It was clean and taken care of well. My only small complaint is I wish I had taken note in the before check in email about the amount of paper products. We ran out of toilet paper and didn’t have any tissue and needed a second garbage bag. When we got there we saw there were beach chairs, sand toys etc. that would have been great to know so we wouldn’t have brought ours.

Condo was dirty. Had to vacuum and wash sheets the day we got there. Tried to reach out to management company, left a message and never got a response. Microwave was broken as well

Reviewer Comments: Unit was fine and nice enough but the dryer did not work and when management was told of it not working they said they would try to get us into another unit to use dryer which never happened. The only thing that did happen was after a night out we returned to a propped open door to our unit with no explanation or repair. When management was contacted about this they said they would look into who propped door open and get back to us which never happened. We no longer felt safe here and left before our stay was over because apparently anyone can access our unit at anytime without any warning or explanation and that is not ok.

Great for littles

The splash pad was a hit with our 3 year old & 1.5 year old. The condo was clean but some stains on furniture was noted which made me feel more comfortable that my girls weren’t ruining anything. Jill was easy to get in touch with. The location was close to all of our favorite restaurants and the Walmart neighborhood market. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it an additional night and are looking to come back again next year.

Very clean

Had a great trip. Clean. Exactly as described in the pictures. Our only issue, which wasn't anyone's fault, was the dryer belt broke so it was loud while drying clothes. Beds we comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, blenders, etc. Would enjoy staying here again.

Thanksgiving break vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay with kids and we will definitely be back! The apartment was clean, the location was great (easy access to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Perdido Key), the indoor pool and splash pad was a big hit, and the staff was helpful!The only downside was that bed in the bed in the master bedroom needs updating and was fairly uncomfortable. For that, I had to give 4 stars for general condition instead of 5 because sleeping well on vacation is a must! :) Other than that, it was fantastic and we would definitely come back in the future!

Great Location, Cute Condo

We had a fantastic time at this condo. It was decorated well and had comfortable seating options. Nice large TVs in each room to keep “Paw-Paw” and the toddler happy. We especially loved the pool and splash pad, which was our toddler’s favorite part. The beach was great and easily viewed from the balcony. It really was a lovely stay. Recommend 100%. Very small cons and definitely not dealbreakers: Freezer leaking into the fridge (we placed a cup in the fridge to catch it) Needed under the beds swept

Perfect for our family vacation!

We haven’t taken our kids on a family vacation in 5 years and this was a super last minute decision. I mean we booked this a week before we left LOL but it all worked out perfectly. The place was a perfect location being on the water, a beautiful view of the sunrise + sunset, close to Walmart and other restaurants/shops. I feel like it was both a convenient location but still a relaxing quiet spot. We loved it! Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. Laundry was helpful before leaving! Having two bathrooms was nice with kids. We could have stayed there for a whole month. We really enjoyed it! No issues at all. Highly recommend!

The room was not cleaned properly!! Pee was still in one toilet!! Microwave was not cleaned properly plus had hair hanging from it!!!! Under bed was dirty!! Mirrors were all dirty!! Showers werent bad but weren't the cleanest!!

VERY NICE ACCOMODATIONS

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL FURNISHED. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. THE MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER IS A LITTLE SMALL. I KEPT BUMPING MY ELBOW ON THE SIDE OF THE SHOWER AND I CONSIDER MYSELF AN AVERAGE SIZED PERSON. ALSO THE DRAIN COVER KEPT COMING OFF WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER AND HAD TO BE CAREFUL AS YOU COULD EASILY DROP SOMETHING DOWN THE DRAIN WITH THE COVER OFF. THE FURNITURE IN THE DEN WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE TV WAS GREAT FOR WATCHING THE FOOTBALL GAMES. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE FITNESS CENTER IN THE BUILDING YOU MIGHT BE DISAPPOINTED. THE WEIGHT MACHINES ARE RUSTY AND LIMITED IN SELECTION. CARDIO EQUIPMENT WAS IN GOOD SHAPE AND ALL WORKING.

Good condo, excellent location.

The location, check in process, and communication with property manager was great! The condo itself is pretty standard. Our only complaints were the noise level and the master bath. The condo walls in this building are very thin, so we woke up each day to our neighbors (upstairs and next door) noise. We could even hear them opening and closing drawers, flushing toilets, and overall stirring around. This condo is located right near the splash pad, and even with the balcony doors closed, we could hear the children screaming. The splash pad noise also blocks the sound of the ocean on the balcony, which cut out the relaxing morning coffee on the balcony. The master bathroom shower is tiny and difficult to use for adults. Also, the condo could use some rugs to collect the sand as there is only one small rug in the living area, but none in the bedrooms. The condo was clean, comfortable, and steps away from the beach. I would not stay here again, but if noise doesn’t bother your family- I would totally recommend it!

June 2024 beach trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this complex because some of our family also had rented a condo here. Phoenix V in Orange Beach is an older complex that needs to be renovated. Terrible elevator situation with long wait times during the day, hot tubs were only inside, very small for a complex this size, and parking was terrible. Very few handicap spaces. The unit we were in was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, which was overpriced at over $3,800 for Saturday to Saturday. The kitchen in our unit had a damaged refrigerator, coffeemaker was basic manual shutoff variety, no keurig, basic kitchen supplies etc...condo had small white thin towels etc...for bathrooms, but the condo was clean. It would have been nice to have an adult pool and a separate kids pool, and same for hot tubs. With all the newer condo complexes in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, and in neighboring beaches eastward to Florida such as Pensacola Beach to Panama City Beach, I will look into accommodations at a different complex for future stays.
