We have all the amenities you need, with a comfy King bed, coffee bar, large private patio w/ BBQ, 2 bikes, 2 paddleboards, and a kayak too. Walkable to restaurants, parks, the bay, and the beach, your perfect vacation is a click away! **No cleaning required**. Unlike other rentals, we will never ask you to clean the property. That's what the cleaning fee is for. You're on vacation, just lock up and leave, we got you! **This property is older with an older kitchen and bathroom. If you're looking for modern luxury, this home is not for you.

We also have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN as well as other free Roku apps on both the living room and bedroom TVs!

**Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. This is a lower unit, so you will occasionally hear guests moving around upstairs. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily. This home HAS NOT been child proofed and there are cactus plants on the patio.**
