David was always very informative and went out of his way to help make our vacation week was wonderful!House was very clean and had many activities. We loved kayacking, swimming and fishing .Lots of room for the 5 of us to spread out. We would definitely stay again!! Close to many activities and restaurants.

We recently changed our cleaning service as we were so impressed with the new cleaning crews attention to detail, that we knew they shared the same level of pride in doing an amazing job to make the house look immaculate.

Love the accommodations place for our boat. The place is clean and accommodating. Our friends enjoyed their first time. Will be back in December.

Kids had an absolute blast using paddle boards and kayaks! Easy accessibility to ocean for our boat. Stories and restaurants close. The house was perfect for our large group. Owner was top notch with communication. We will definitely book next year

I love to hear that! It is the perfect place for paddleboards and kayaks as you have the mangrove rivers and the harbor to explore. And if you are adventurous, you can get to Sombrero beach or do the whole look around Boot Key, but take water! One of my favorite things to do is to pull into Burdine's on the boat on the way home and pick up two baskets of fries for everyone to enjoy as we cruise back to the house. Best fries and Arnold Palmers in the Keys!

We loved this house on a canal near seven mile bridge. It was easy to navigate out to the Atlantic Ocean. There were plenty of places to refuel and buy last minute snacks.

We had a great experience. Make sure to bring your toiletries and some small cleaning supplies. When we arrived we did not have any dish soap, garbage bags, or detergent.

I encourage all of our guests to contact me upon arrival if they do not have their welcome packet that includes some of these items or if they find anything that is not up to their expectations. As described. Excellent vacation home for our family. We used the pool, kayaks and paddleboards. Great location, central to all locations in Marathon and close enough to have a day trip to other islands. We would definitely stay here again.

The heated pool, while small, was absolutely wonderful! Lots of sun throughout the day, yet the patio table had shade where we enjoyed our lunches. Very nice accommodations and very convenient with a private bathroom for each of 3 bedrooms. Saw 2 manatees off the dock.

Place was nice. The pools kept the kids busy while we were there. Caught a barracuda and a nurse shark off the dock. Even had a visitor from a Manatee. Rented a boat for the week, no problems docking or getting to the 7 mile bridge. Fantastic house for the week.

We had a great time. It would have been nice if you could use any of the bathrooms without going through a bedroom. If possible a sliding door similar to the door that looks out on the canal. for the bedroom behind the kitchen would be a nice addition to the doorway leading from the kitchen to the sitting room

This was a very spacious home. The pool and multiple seating areas gave us a lot of variety to enjoy the outdoors. It was clean and comfortable. Nice place for multiple guests/couples with everyone having their own en-suite bathroom.

Family Getaway

Great location, great neighborhood, loved having a pool, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards to use!! Would definitely stay there again. Close to a great beach, grocery stores and restaurants.

Great vacation

Location could not be better with access to the water and great places to eat. Property was great and pool was better!

Thank you for the review. Walkability is awesome. Keys fishery, Overseas and FL Keys Lobster house are all walkable. Also a coffee shop at the end of the street.

The house was beautiful, clean and in great condition. It was very well stocked, he thought of everything - kitchen appliances and accessories, kayaks, bikes, toys, games, there was always something to do. David is informative about how things worked in the house and what to do in the area, he was very responsive to any questions or needs. We had the best time and hope to come back again!

Great Vacation House!
