Walk to Whiskey Row - Mt. Vernon Vacation Home - PINBALL - Outdoor Oasis!

Downtown house just minutes away from Whiskey Row with 4 bedrooms! This 100 year old home sits on Mount Vernon Avenue, one of the most historic streets in Prescott and is only 1/2 mile away from the Courthouse Plaza, restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Relax in the newly landscaped backyard with artificial turf you can enjoy year-round. The outdoor dining is perfect for those warm sunny days while you play corn hole or cook dinner on the outdoor propane BBQ.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, and dishwasher. You can also find a toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, and enough dishes for the whole family.

Just off the kitchen is the dining room with enough space for 6 to eat.

There's a fire pit available by request for additional $50 , just message me in the inbox to request it .

The living room offers enough space for the whole family and just off to the side you will find an extra room perfect for the kiddos to enjoy. With an additional couch, smart tv, and PINBALL machine, this will surely be the hit of the house!

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and offers a King size bed with brand new memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, and an attached primary bathroom. There is also a smart tv with streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, and others.

The second bedroom is located upstairs and features and Queen bed with a pull out Twin trundle. This room also offers a pack and play and a secret bonus room that the kiddos will love.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids or teens. It has two brand new twin beds, each with a pull out twin trundle making this room able to sleep 4! The spacious room has plenty of space for anyone staying and a beautiful bay window that looks over Mount Vernon Ave.

All bedrooms are equipped with linens, extra blankets, black out curtains, closet space and a sound machine. Additionally, each bathroom offers towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and guests are encouraged to use them whenever needed.

The property is our home away from home and we take much pride in how it is maintained, cleaned, and presented. We know you'll love it too!!

Family getaway

Great stay!

We started here this weekend for our son’s graduation from ERAU. The location was perfect. We easily walked to whiskey row. There also also several restaurants near by. The house was very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Memorial Day Art Show 50th Show

Worked out well as we had one extra bed that was available for friend who experienced being followed by a car on her way to her rental, contacted police, but no longer felt safe, called our daughter (her friend) and she stayed with us for the 4 nights. BTW, one more bathroom would help ;)

Girls Weekend in Prescott

We spent the weekend exploring Prescott. The house was spacious, clean, and conveniently located close to whiskey row. The check in and out process was so easy! The only problem I foresee is we waited till the very last minute to load the dishwasher as we were heading out to head back home. We could not get it to turn on. We checked the connection, the breaker, everything we could think of to try and get it to work. With check out time minutes away and snow continuing to come down we needed to get out of there and on the road. The dishes were left in the dishwasher. When I checked the app to make sure checkout went through and everything was completed I saw a message from the host letting us know the dishwasher was not working. If I would have seen that I would have hand washed the dishes ahead of time. Hoping we are not considered poor guests because of that.

Spacious Kid Friendly House

Overall, we had a nice stay. The house had plenty of room and lots of space. It also warmed up quickly considering the size. Super kid-friendly. My daughter loved the upstairs kids closet. The yard was great and fenced in with really nice landscaping. My only con was the location was listed as Whiskey Row when in reality it was about a mile from there. I was looking forward to walking around and then walking home but that wasn’t really the case, especially at night. But the house was cute and we enjoyed our stay!

The property was easy to find and easy to access the garage access was a bonus. Great breakfast at the Waffle Iron right next door. within walking distance to Walgreens and tons of eateries and Whisky Row.

This was the perfect location for us!

We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, there was plenty of parking, and tons of sleeping options for multiple groups. We enjoyed the games and pinball on site!

Cool Craftsman Close to Whiskey Row

This craftsman has a rich history from its origination in 1922. The location is excellent - easy access, close to Whiskey Row and all amenities, great parking including two car garage. Would be great for visiting bikers, golfers or just those that want to see Arizona's original state capitol. Communication was excellent, price point for the number of beds and bathrooms also great. Would highly recommend to any/all.

Weekend Graduation Celebration

Very nice, spacious, full amenities and comfortable. We had 7 adults one night and 8 the second and it was more than enough room, great location, and we cooked one night and hung out at the house inside and in the backyard. I would choose this again.

Beautiful home

Amazing and beautiful place. We came in from California for a soccer tournament and the house was perfect. The boys enjoyed home cooked meals, watching movies together and especially the pinball machine. The house was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family has been visiting Prescott for years now and recently decided that we wanted a more permanent home. We purchased this home in 2022 and spent the last 6 months decorating, designing, renovating, and beautifying this one of kind home. We are absolutely in love with this house and spend many weekends with our family enjoying the wonderful town of Prescott. We love having breakfast at the Waffle Iron right next door, taking walks with our four young boys downtown, and riding bikes to the nearby park. We hope you can go on adventures and create memories just as our family has and continues to do so.
