Must stay location

This is a great place to stay at an amazing location! The apartment was very clean and the owner had great communication throughout the stay process. The location was amazing, right on the beach and this section of beach was never over crowded, and we stayed over the 4 July holiday! This is a must stay location!

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I had a great time at this property. It is a great location, everything was very clean & being able to walk right to the beach from the pool was wonderful, especially with 2 toddlers. We will definitely be back.

Great place for a family beach trip

Crescent 407 was a great condo for my family on our recent beach vacation. It was very clean, spacious, and has a great view of the beach and gulf. The Crescent has a great pool and a nice stretch of beach where we spent most of our days. Jimmy is a great owner to communicate with. The hot water heater in the unit went out early in our stay. Jimmy made sure that it was dealt with quickly and that we were still able to have a wonderful stay.

Perfect! Heading home relaxed & rejuvenated

Jimmie’s property was excellent in every way from the surroundings to the extras in the condo! He was always quick to respond even though we really didn’t need to bother him at all
 we had everything we needed plus! Loved the firm Kim bed in master. Big thirsty towels provided too. It was super nice having chairs and umbrella on beach, and the water was sooooo beautiful and clear! I can’t say a thing that is negative other than we hated to leave!

Perfect

Location is perfect. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Jimmie has done a great job making this the go to unit at the Crescent. The unit was clean, large, updated, and pretty. The large balcony was nice to eat breakfast on and take in the views. The oversized pool was great to recover from the beach, which was a very very short walk for the room. Having the beach service provided was a huge plus and makes coming and going to the beach carefree. Jimmie was great to rent from, had great communication, and was very responsive. A+

Amazing View and a Great Condo

My family and I vacation 2 or 3 times a year in the Destin area. We have stayed at the Crescent many times over the years. This was the first time that we stayed in this unit. Amazing unit and the best views we have ever had!! The unit was very well stocked with everything that our family of 6 needed. The unit was very clean and appeared to be well taken care of from a maintenance point. Added bonus was that the owner cared enough to include beach chairs and umbrella beach service. Lately the beach chairs and umbrella service has been dropped by many places that we have stayed. We were very impressed with the communication from the unit owner. Mid trip he texted me to see if there was anything that we needed. Great touch!! We will be staying there again and would recommend this unit to anybody!!

The Crescent April 2025.

The owner provides a welcoming condo with all the amenities that are needed to have an awesome time at the beach. The unit is on the 4th floor (top floor) right by the elevator. The property is well designed and landscapping of the pool area and grounds compares to that of a Caribbean resort. The unit itself is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The unit was upgraded recently and it can be seen throughout. The beds are new and are very comfortable. The bathrooms are upgraded and are very nice. The bottle of wine on arrival is a special touch and was much appreciated. The location of the property is perfect for shopping or just hanging out on the beach. The restaurant next door was convenient. The food was good and the beer was ice cold. We enjoyed our time at The Crescent and look forward to returning soon.
