About this space
Comfortable Cape home located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The perfect house for your family Cape Cod vacation! Less than 10 minute drive to most Dennis beaches.

With a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor shower, huge yard, and plenty of parking, you will feel at home right away.

Main floor has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Huge basement with 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 futons.

The space
Our beach themed home is our favorite hideaway from the real world and immediately invites you to relax and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. The main living space has enough room for the whole family and is a great place to play some board games (which we keep in the closet for your enjoyment). The fully-finished basement has a lot of open space for the kids to run around in.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the whole house.

Other things to note:
Absolutely no parties.
No smoking.

We will send you our electronic guest book before you check in. Please make sure you read the house rules upon arrival.

Very nice house in great location

Stayed here with family of four. Great location to get around Dennis. clean, pretty, comfy house.

House worked well for us

Overall house was tidy and accommodated our large group of 8. Note for future groups that there is a trash policy - must take out all your own trash even on a Sunday when transfer stations are closed. I would hope the cleaning service could take care of that given it’s included in the cost of the house. Also the basement is pretty wet and musty so it was not the most comfortable place to sleep (has 6 beds in the space).

House was Great

We loved this house and it was perfect for our group! We loved the basement set up that allowed us to feel like we were having one big sleepover. Really great for a girls trip!

Great Cape weekend stay

We had a wonderful weekend on the Cape. The owner was very helpful and kind with answering questions and providing local recommendations and advice. House has everything you need, including AC. Love the outdoor shower and lovely neighborhood. Dennis is very centrally located on the Cape with plenty to do and great beaches.

Great place

Really enjoyed my stay! The only issue we had was finding the garbage dump, as the address when put in our maps took us somewhere else so we searched for over 30 minutes trying to find the correct location. Also the bunk beds are the in same room as the two queen beds. Really beautiful and quiet area and a great stay overall!

Great Spot

Beautiful home! Larger than pictured, plenty of space and comfy accommodations. Pan was easy to communicate with and had everything we needed. Great weekend away on the Cape!

Lovely Home in Great Location

This home is perfect for a small family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, ... The grounds are lovely, and it's a delightful neighborhood for walking. The location is convenient for lots of Cape Cod tourist attractions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is just as pictured and conveniently located. The address is actually incorrect on the site, which was initially confusing, but the location is great!
