Have some important projects you need to complete? The high-speed internet and free WiFi will make it easy for students and remote workers to get work done during your stay. Reward your hard work with a trip to the shared pool for a fun swim with friends then come back to enjoy a refreshing cocktail on the balcony. When it's time to wrap up for the evening, you'll have two comfortable bedrooms to sleep in, the first with a queen-size bed and a neighboring bath with a shower/tub, the second with a queen bed, balcony access, a private wardrobe, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
