37529 Worcester Dr. - Spacious and grand single family home. Located in the premier community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. This home has everything to make your vacation stress free and memorable. From the open and modern kitchen, to the amble seating for the family to enjoy time together. The kitchen and living area are open and spacious with high ceilings making this space perfect for family time. In addition the first floor includes, two bedrooms and shared full bath as well as a master bedroom and master bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The owner has turned the front room into a children's area or study for those that may need to work while away. The second floor includes an additional bedroom, shared bathroom and bonus room. The bonus room is perfect for individuals of any age. The pool table, gaming station, card table, and closet full of endless toys make this the perfect home! If you enjoy the fresh air, the screened-in porch is perfect for relaxing or sharing time with the family member that will be barbecuing on the gas grill. Don't forget the families 4 legged member. Dogs are welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome âSpecial Eventâ rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for âSpecial Eventâ rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
The community is biking distance or a short drive to Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. With being less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk and the amble amount of restaurants and shops even closer, what more could you need? Did we mention the community pool, fitness center and tennis courts! This home is available for all seasons and holidays. Have you ever spent the holidays at the beach, maybe this year!
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $282.00.
