There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Great location. And pet friendly!

This was perfect for me and my little dog. We had a great time very close to the beach. The pet spa was awesome. They did a great job with Kingston and took pictures!!!

Great spot for the price! Plenty of hot water, good shower pressure, very comfortable beds, great view. Free WiFi but not any cable tv(not that you go to the beach to watch tv) quiet despite it being dog friendly. No real complaints about our stay..nice little spot for a getaway

Always Nice

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We love it. We love the hot tub. We love having two pools and we love being able to sit on the balcony and see the beach and just listen to the ocean.

Very nice!

Even though we didn’t have any pets with us, our stay was wonderful. Beautiful views, right on the beach, great location, and we can’t complain about the price either!! The room was small but it was only my husband and I and our two kids. Would stay here again.

Check in was super fast and friendly. The only issue we had was the overwhelming smell of weed everywhere. It was in the elevators, hallways, and sometimes when we had our air on. We didn't mind it but I can see where others might. Overall we had a great stay

Firstly, I loved the sound and view of the ocean from the balcony of the room. I was impressed that I was not disturbed by the coming and going of neighbors. I loved that there were laundry facilities on sight. I loved that parking was so conveniently located. Finally, I loved that I got to meet so many sweet little doggos!

Perfect location

The place is a bit outdated compared to the pictures displayed. The room when I first arrived wasn't properly cleaned so I cleaned it myself after I was told the housekeeper was gone for the day ( was not offered to switch rooms). We were right in front of the beach and our view was just gorgeous and this was what made us pick this place and the reason why we would consider coming back. They were very laid back and easy with parking and service hours which was appreciated.

Dog friendly but needs some updating

We've loved the fact we can bring our dog. And we always clean and respect the properties we rent. As usual we love seeing a resort where ALL family members are welcome. With all that said... the place could use a little updating. The door frames were in desperate need of painting and the balcony door wouldn't lock well. The unit could have been cleaner, especially the floor. Overall, we had a good stay. We will come back.

Overall, I would rate my stay at the resort as good. The staff were friendly and definitely helped with any issues we had. The location is superb! My only concern is when we checked into the room, you could still see the wetness where they just mopped. I am glad it was clean. The bathroom has a bit of a moldy smell and the towels and wash cloths are not the softest. Wi-Fi did not work, but I did not have an issue since mostly was out of the room. The TV channels were hard to use because you could only go one at a time. Overall, solid place to be if you are on a budget.

Unit Condition

Unit was not nearly as nice as described or as the pictures online depicted. Unit desperately needs to be updated and for goodness sake put a coat of paint on the place! NO MORE VRBO FOR ME!!!
