Great location that’s an easy drive to Mayo Clinic. The apartment had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was clean and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Street parking for secondary cars could be found close by.

This second level apartment is clean and tidy. We found well stocked kitchenware for cooking simple meals for our stay. Garage parking is a convenient plus. The indoor staircase to the second floor was not a problem for us.We walked from the apartment to various Mayo buildings daily. (About a 20 min walk through the adjacent neighborhood and the park). The communication from the host was spot on and timely. We found the listing to be accurate. We would stay again.

There was so much people hair throughout the apartment. My baby constantly had hair in his hands. I had to clean the bathtub before we could use it. And the doors - don’t plan on shutting any of them unless you want to use your shoulder like a linebacker to open them. There was so much dirt and stuff under the couch, bathroom counter, and beds. They could also add more than 2 bowls and a few of each silverware. I can’t imagine having more than 2 people stay here and having to wait to use a bowl. The knives also need to be sharpened. I couldn’t even cut a tomato. It was nice to have a garage to park in. Except when the garage door didn’t want to close. It was easy checking in and out. I appreciated not having to basically clean the apartment before checking out like other places. We only had to take the trash out!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet the standards we expect, and we wish we had known during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. We also appreciate you bringing the door and kitchen supply concerns to our attention. We’ll be going through the apartment carefully and addressing these items. We’re glad the garage, easy check-in and simple checkout process were helpful, and we appreciate your feedback.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was just me and my daughter and she was being treated at Mayo. It only took five minutes to get there and we loved having the garage inside and right downstairs. The beds were super comfy. The couch was great to pull out and watch movies on. It was brand new and we loved it. We will definitely stay here every time we have to come up here from Florida.

Great space in a safe, convenient location near St. Mary’s campus. Comfy beds and current furnishings. Very easy in/out and garage space is a plus. I’d suggest the addition of basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters to get to an even better experience.

Safe Haven

My daughter and I came for two weeks while she was at Mayo Clinic. The apartment was adorable, clean and cozy. It had comfortable beds and a kitchen supplied with enough for basic cooking. Perfect for two people. Location is close to the clinic but wouldn't have walked it. Owners were helpful and check in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!
