Making this building even more special is that all primary baths are outfitted with a Jacuzzi-style tub and separate shower. Balcony access is available from the primary bedroom and the living room. A bonus room with a comfortable bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room plus two bathrooms offer enough space to host the entire family! Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors offer expansive views of the mesmerizing Gulf waters. A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the hallway laundry room. Also included are free WiFi and Dish network on two 58 inches Roku Smart 4K TVs and a small TV in the bonus room.

The Lighthouse complex boasts covered permit parking, two outdoor swimming pools, one of which is zero entry, perfect for young children, two hot tubs, a heated indoor swimming pool, a Gulf view exercise room with sauna, and three outdoor grills. Three boardwalks allow easy access to 635 feet of private beach. During much of the year, beach service is available for a fee and provides lounge chairs and umbrellas.

A short walk to the east brings you to the Gulf State Park, 6,500 acres of pristine land with two and a half miles of beach, three lakes, over 30 miles of scenic nature trails for walking and biking, picnic areas, campgrounds, and playgrounds. The Gulf State Park Fishing and Education Pier is Alabama’s only public pier on the Gulf. Walking to the west, you will arrive at Gulf Place, Gulf Shores Public Beach. Revitalization was completed in 2018 and this public beach is considered the best public beach park on the Gulf Coast. Here you will find walking paths, shade structures, picnic tables, playground equipment, restrooms, and public green spaces as well as the iconic Pink Pony Pub. This public beach is host to many of the year-round local festivals and sports events, including The Hangout Music Festival, Annual National Shrimp Festival, Volleyball Championship tournaments, and many more.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
