Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Room decorated nicely

The only hiccup we had was we got there early and was told no matter what we couldn’t check in and get parking pass or go to the beach. Office staff was very nice and allowed us to get parking pass and the codes so we could access the pool or beach until room was ready. Very impressed.

Clean and Relaxing!

Relaxing week away and loved it! Clean condo, great views, and easy access to the beach and pool. Only reason we left condo was to grab food and right back to beach and pool we went!

Perfection

Delightful, clean, and great views of the beach and rolling surf. Property is close to State Park and in early April beach was not too crowded. Beach chairs are for rent, but there are chairs at this condo in the utility area that we used. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home but we did enjoy a delicious grouper sandwich and contrails at a local restaurant ( it’s a white boarded building maybe called Picnic?) Great balcony for eating, reading, catching some rays, relaxing and watching the sea birds come and go. Very happy with the listing!
