Detta två våningar, har 2400 kvadratmeter hem fönster från golv till tak med utsikt över havet. Det finns en privat gångväg från huset till Atlanten. Och en sitt strand på gångvägen kan du njuta av solnedgången medan du njuter av ett glas vin - bara ett stenkast från vågorna.
Detta tre sovrum / 2. 5 badrum hem sover sex bekvämt. Två av sovrummen är havet. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar sängkläder, handdukar, solstolar och en grill.
Bekväma och ett snyggt inredda, har detta hem nya mattor, nya apparater, nya sängar, och helt nya fönster hela. Ytterligare funktioner och bland annat utomhusdusch, fyra TV-apparater, två videobandspelare / DVD, kabel, en tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, och central luftkonditionering.

Hemmet ligger över från ett naturreservat. Och matsalen har ett öppet däck med utsikt över kanalerna och Atlanten. Köket har utsikt också både Atlanten och Intercoastal.

New Year - New Place

We stayed for 5 days over New Year and it was great! The hide a bed in the loft is amazingly comfortable! The house is well equipped for a part of 5 like us. We had two teens, my husband and I, my BFF and my FIL, so lots of age ranges. Clean, nice, the beach was awesome, all great for us. If we ever come back to this area, would 100% choose this house again!

They aren't kidding when they say ALMOST HEAVEN!

We loved everything about our stay here. The property is beautiful and well stocked. The views out the living room and master bedrooms are to die for. The weather didn't cooperate for us to hang out on the deck or the beach much, however, the deck is big and so nice. You literally go out a gate for beach access - it's just perfect.We loved being a bit out of the hustle and bustle of St Augustine proper. Publix is just down the street, docks were we took two excursions are close and have ample parking. There are also numerous restaurants close by in case you don't want to go downtown and park. That being said, downtown is just over the bridge and so nice.We would stay here again in a minute! Thanks for having us!!!

Almost Heaven lives up to its name.

Beautiful home just steps from the beach! Very well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Comfy & cozy! Beds are super comfortable and kitchen is awesome. Lots of extra touches to make your visit enjoyable. The best thing is the million dollar view!! Owner was super responsive and a pleasure to work with! We can’t wait to go back!

Nice beach house

Nice house, just as represented. Had a bit of a musty smell but I suppose that's normal for houses right on the beach. New appliances were really nice. Overall was a great experience.

Wow! Book it!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary for a long weekend in Florida. We are so happy we did. The beach location is perfect. We loved waking up early to watch the sunrise from the deck. The neighbors and beach are quiet. The place had everything needed for a stay and to enjoy the beach. The location is convenient with grocery and gas less than 5 minutes away. Also quick 15 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. The host was helpful and responded to texts promptly. Our only wish was we could have stayed longer and the rain would have stayed away on our last day. I will have to have a chat with Mother Nature about the latter. We will be back. Thank you!

Loved, Loved!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Amazing ocean view!! Close to downtown and grocery! Most wonderful part was the kitchen was so stocked, I was able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner! Convection Roast feature on the double oven with 5 cooktop burners! Wow, just Wow! There was only one negative....upon receiving paperwork to firm in reservation, there is some language about "being watched" that was concerning. It made me a bit nervous about the reservation and I was unable to cancel. We did see our "observers on the first and second day of our stay as they "parked" right in front of the house on the beach. Maybe be a bit more discrete....:-). After that, we never saw anyone. I understand, people need to take care of their homes. It was just a bit intrusive and the paperwork is "scary". For future guests, pay not mind to the paperwork and book it. It was Almost Heaven. It was fabulous!! I would go back!!

July 4 Week

The house was nice and location was great. It was my family, all adults. The MAJOR issue was with the neighbor and her mother. We were insulted and verbally attacked within minutes of arrival about a speaker on the deck. I was in such shock and couldn’t believe it. My young adult children heard derogatory comments when they would come and go from the beach. The older neighbor would stand and stare into the glass door from her window. I was berated the day we were leaving. We are a quite family that went to the beach to enjoy the week with out grown kids. We were constantly watched, it was truly strange and disappointing to endure this type “Karen” behavior while trying to vacation. I will not stay again.

Incredible!

So many wonderful things to say about this beach house! The views were the best we've ever seen both inside the house and on the deck (which is nice and private).. you feel like you're on the sand. The house itself was super cute and had everything you'd need to make yourself at home. Very convenient location with quick and easy access to downtown St. Augustine. Great surf fishing as well right out the back door. Highly recommend and can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful family getaway

Couldn't be more thrilled with our stay at Vilano Beach. The location is amazing; having private beach access is a game changer and was wonderful for a family stay. Close to heaps of local amenities while being far enough away from the crowds. Highly recommended!

Outstanding rental property!!!

We had the most wonderful week at this home. We spent Thanksgiving week and the kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect Beach Getaway with the family, and girl’s weekend trip. Plenty of room for everyone, loft area was a great place for my son to have his own space, and the deck overlooking the beach was our favorite place to be. We spent a lot of time on the beach because you are truly right on the beach. Loved being so close to Publix and down town St Augustine. The house is cleaned per CDC standards for Covid19, which gave us piece of mind. The view is spectacular. The owners were kind and responsive to any questions we asked. Everything you need was already there. The house was amazing! And can't wait to come back!

Much needed R&R time

We were only steps away from the beautiful and almost private beach and the first cup of coffee in the morning was always shared with the sun rise - even on a rainy day because the view from inside the home was as spectacular as the view from the deck. Our time spent here was truly a slice of heaven. The owners were communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The worst part of the week was having to say good bye. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location, easy in and out

Great beach house, right on the ocean. House has three bedroom, one on main floor. Highly decorated, would be nervous to have kids stay there. Perfect for 4-6 adults or couple with older children (both non master bedrooms have two twin beds). Given location in A1A, house has ample parking and easy in and out. Thanks for a great stay!

It’s all about the location

We stayed for 8 nights at almost heaven and the reason you stay here is all about the location. Right on the beach. The weather had the beach a bit wild some days, but we still swam every day. I liked being away from the population center and enjoying some privacy. We slept with the doors open listening to the waves every night. The property itself is fine. Would be good for a family as there’s plenty of space and nothing’s of a quality that you would need to worry about the kids wrecking stuff. The beach gear was handy as was the laundry facilities. But it’s the location which is the draw card.

Fantastic 4th at Almost Heaven

Almost Heaven was everything we expected and more! Rosemary supplied beach towels and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and fresh clean linens on every bed! A deck for sunrises and a deck for sunsets with a private walkway to a gorgeous beach! Top this with great WiFi connections, super AC, and a grill for dinners -we never left Almost Heaven except to go to the grocery store 1/2 mile away! We can’t wait to come back!

Sweet Spot

We loved watching the ocean from the huge living room windows and spending all day at the beach. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great proximity to town.
