Mere steps away from a beautiful white sand beach and clear blue water, Gulfside Townhomes is a small 40-unit complex that features 2-story beachfront units with covered parking for two vehicles directly under each unit. Great location with no high rises on either side making the views breathtakingly beautiful! This family-friendly community boasts a nicely landscaped private courtyard and a large beachside pool in the center of the U-shaped complex. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, The Hangout, grocery stores, and shopping.
This updated two-story unit sleeps eight people including 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a 1/2 bath, and 1150 ft.². The first-floor open layout includes a spacious living and dining area, kitchen, half-bath and stackable washer and dryer closet. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining and living area. Enjoy coffee or cocktails off the living area balcony or the master bedroom balcony with a great view of the pool, courtyard, and beach horizon.
Bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, balcony, and full bathroom. The second bedroom features a full bathroom, queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. The bunk room features built-in bunk beds and flat screen TV. Sofa sleeper is also located in the main floor living room.

The condos are so nice and in a good area. We really enjoyed our time there. It is a great location and they have everything you can think of.

This was one of the best spots we've stayed at. It had everything we needed and more! It was convenient for walking to shops and food.

Amazing Stay
We LOVED this property so much. Zach was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. The condo was very nice and updated throughout. We hope to stay at this same location in the future!

Wonderful!
This is our 3rd year to stay here at the Townhouse and we love it. A perfect place for children. Easy access to beach, pool, shopping, etc. Looking forward to next year!

Awesome unit to enjoy the beach
Just an overall awesome place. Close to all the attractions, very clean and well maintained property. Loved the 2 car parking under the unit and then living and sleeping on seperate floors. Very spacious!

Great location - wonderful stay!
We truly enjoyed our visit! Townhome was beautifully renovated and styled, comfortable and located perfectly for beach access. Everything needed was provided - beach chairs, toys and even a wagon to cart them easily to the beach. Loved having the conveniences of home - fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, smart tv's and plenty of room for our family. We'd happily stay here again!

Perfect family getaway
Cute condo - steps from the pool and just a few more to the beach. The beach area in front of this condo building was the least crowded and just right of the lifeguard stand. Absolutely- Perfect!

Relaxing and Beach Bliss
Older property but upgraded well. Upkeep and quietness of condo property was great! Communication with owner was easy and direct. Beach Access was perfection!

Great spring break destination!
This condo is very nice and very spacious and fit all of my friends perfectly! It seems like it has been recently renovated because everything was in very good condition and new. The condos are older I think but each one has a beach view and the pool in the center is very well taken care of. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be staying here again!
