Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Cable, Wi-Fi, & tv's in the living room, master, and one bedroom. We provide all basic items and a fully equipped kitchen. Can sleep 12. 5 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, 1 full, and 1 full futon with 2.5 bathrooms. Exceptional WiFi.

Come and EXPERIENCE our lake home. You won't want to leave, but if you do you can be in downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, and the mountain bike trails in minutes. Or better yet, sit back and just enjoy being lakefront. You won't find easier access to the water on our amazing property. Easy access with no tram or stairs to get you to the water. The backyard is fenced on three sides (the backside is the lake) for pets ($150 pet fee and $200 for two pets.) The firepit is next door in the lot. Just bring the marshmallows.

Enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking off your own kayak dock. Our home has plenty of storage for your bikes, and other toys.

Beautiful views, beautiful home.

I have a group of lifelong friends and we like to spend a couple of weekends a year together. We had such a good time here and the home is very nice with the most amazing views.

Bella Vista Family Reunion

Our mother wanted to treat the family to a trip back to BV where we lived in the 70's. This property on the lake was the perfect setting for our family, most of which still live in the area. Everything about the house, its location, the amenities, the communications with the host Lori, was greater than we could have ever hoped for. We took advantage of all of the activities that BV has to offer and found ourselves looking forward to getting back to this great house on this beautiful little lake. I've stayed in short term rentals from coast to coast and this was the best that I have ever experienced. We are already planning the next opportunity to visit and would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to BV.

Excellent house!

This was the perfect place to relax and wrap up summer before school starts! The house was clean and spacious. Great water access and one of the most easily accessible houses we’ve stayed at in the area. We will be back for sure!!!

Bella Vista Fishing by Kansas

This was our second time at this property and a great time again. Owners are very nice with everything you need at hand. The lake is very close to the house with a short, flat, easy walk for young and old alike. Nice game room with plenty of sleeping space. Great place to fish. Perfect place, we plan to return.

Family Fun

We had two families come with our kiddos 8-14 years old! Great location, clean lake, the sunroom was perfect for watching the fishing and kayaking. Wonderful time and would definitely return!

This property is amazing from the sunroom to the outside deck every inch is just waiting for you and your loved ones. A perfect lakefront retreat for any visitor to NWA. You won't be sorry for booking this beautiful home just steps from the water.

This house and the view are amazing! I love sitting in the sunroom and watching the water. You can routinely see wildlife from the windows while drinking your morning brew. Birds flying or floating by, deer drinking from the lake, or an occasional red fox skirting through making this home a coveted lake retreat. The home is so close to the water and with a spacious backyard make it one of a kind.
