The cottage was a great place to take our family for an end of summer getaway. We all enjoyed the lake, kayaking, fishing and the camp fire. It was also close and convenient to all the activities we had planned in Cooperstown!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family. Fishing was great along with the kayaks. Our boys got to unwind after a bit day of baseball. Betty was super friendly and easy to work with.

The house was nice and property well kept. It's close to a laundry mat about 5 min into Richfield Springs. Cooperstown and Dreams Park is about 25 min away.

Everything went very smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing. The window air conditioning units cooled off the bedrooms wonderfully. The only thing we were disappointed about is the comfort of the beds.

Great spot on the lake!

We were happy with our stay on the lake! There were plenty of options on site with two kayaks a canoe and a rowboat, plus a dock to help get on the water.

This vintage house provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Access to fishing gear, watercraft, fire pit, propane grill, and large deck are all bonuses. The Lake view is magnificent! American flags, waterfowl and bald eagles abound - great stay…

We had stayed here a couple of years ago, and when we were looking for a place in the area again, we were delighted to see that this one was available. And we weren't disappointed when we got here!

Summer rental for Cooperstown Dreams Park

This was an easy location to get to and from the Dreams Park for games. It’s quite picturesque, we had fun taking row boat out and fishing. Also took several walks, it’s a beautiful area. The cabin was clean and checkin process easy.

Short Get-Away

House was a perfect respite after touring Hall of Fame and hiking in local parks. Deck faces lake affording great view and quiet setting to relax.

Beautiful!

The cottage was very clean and spacious. The deck faced the lake and we saw eagles fly by. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It’s in a quiet area but not a far drive to many things.

Lakeside Rejuvenation

Had a great weekend at Lake Canadarago and got rejuvenated prior to the school year starting! It was great being able to have a campfire and walk the dock watching our family run and play!

Cooperstown Dreamspark

The cottage was wonderful! We stayed for the week while my grandson was playing baseball at Dreamspark. The cottage was relaxing and a great getaway from the hustle and bustle at the park. Coming home to a beautiful lake and taking in the views from the deck was the best! Betty, our host was wonderful and checked in occasionally to be sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

5 day getaway

Brought our 6 yr old twin grandchildren for a little getaway that is close to home. Beautiful views from the large deck. Camp is very comfortable and well equipped. Lake was very shallow off of dock. Kids did a little swimming but lake bottom is very mucky. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

My family and I stayed here for 6 days or my son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park Cooperstown. Air conditioning in each bedroom made it comfortable. Being on the lake was very nice. Only complaint was the shower. The shower head popped of and made it very hard to use.

The location on the lake is perfect for families. The host provided access to rowboats, kayaks and a canoe, which was great for me and my sons. There was a firepit and large deck with grill, which we didn’t really use since the weather wasn’t in our favor, but definitely a bonus to have these amenities. The house was very clean and the owner was very friendly and responsive. We had two minor issues while there, the grill was out of propane and the shower wasn’t working. I contacted the owner and she responded and had the issues rectified very quickly. She is very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. One thing to note is that the water in the house is pumped in from the lake so you can’t drink it. The owner provided plenty of bottled spring water and we used that for cooking and brushing our teeth. The only negative I would say is that the beds were not very comfortable. Everytime my fiancé moved, I felt like I was bounced all over and the frames seemed like they were on their last legs. Overall though, we were very happy with our stay and with the house and the owner.
