COUNTRY CHARMER two story home with 3 bedrooms (queen, double, twin, six person maximum), 2 full bathrooms, laundry, all linens, fully furnished kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, wireless internet, central air, furnished back deck overlooking fields and hills with incredible sunsets, and partially shaded. Picnic table and patio set on the deck and grill on the lawn for that perfect eat outdoors weather. Enjoy the closeness of Dreams Park, Hall of Fame, museums, shops, parks and the gorgeous Lake Otsego. Take the Glimmerglass Tour Boat ride with a history commentary in enclosed glass seating or on top for fresh air and sunshine. Groceries, restaurants, breweries and wine trails all between 1-30 miles away. Come back to all the comforts of home and relax. Check out the pics and descriptions. Information center in the home provides brochures and restaurant menus, with a House Guide for Cank's Home Plate I. Our motto is Close, Comfortable and Clean. We had a wonderful stay at Cank’s Home Plate during our son’s tournament. The house was clean and very convenient to the park and downtown Cooperstown. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

My husband was in the barracks with the team for Cooperstown so my mom and brother joined me since he played at Dreams Park back in the late 90’s. This house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was clean, close to dreams park, breweries and Main Street in downtown Cooperstown. It was fantastic. The host was super responsive whenever I had a question, and kept the house in great shape. The showers were hot and water pressure great, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of TVs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our Cooperstown trip memorable and comfortable!

Great Cooperstown Stay!

My family of 5 had a wonderful week at Cank's in Cooperstown. It was the perfect spot for easy access to the Dreams Park. Plenty of room for everyone and a quick drive to all that Cooperstown has to offer.

My family stayed here for my son to play at Dreams park. The location was perfect for coming back to relax and eat between games. The house was very clean and the owners were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone playing at dreams park!

This was the perfect place to stay for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had everything we needed for our stay and our hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything. I hope to rent again in a few years when the younger brother is ready for Cooperstown!

The house was amazing! Perfect for quiet time but yet so close to places to have fun, eat and shop. Countryside is breathtaking. Veronica and John were wonderful landlords. House was VERY clean, roomy and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I enjoyed my stay and recommend!

All you need and more!

This home is all you need and more! Cozy, comfortable, clean, and close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Just a 5 min drive away! Dollar General and the local grocery store is right around the corner along with some restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for Dreams Park

This property was perfect for our week at Dreams Park. It was only a few minutes away from the fields and less than 10 minutes away from downtown Cooperstown. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a fun week of baseball. We had no issues, but John was readily available if we needed him.

Cank's Home Plate

This house was perfect for us. Check in was a breeze! It was quiet, clean, and very close to both Dreams Park and the town of Cooperstown. I would highly recommend starting here while playing CDP if you like quiet and convenient! 5 stars!!!!

Convenient location to Cooperstown Dreams Park and very clean!

The house was very cozy and felt like being home. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and my inlaws for my son's week long baseball tournament. With the house being only minutes away from the ballpark, we were able to run back to the house several times a day, if needed, between games. John and Veronica were very friendly and easy to reach with any concerns we had during our stay. We highly recommend the Cank's house if you're visiting Cooperstown.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our weekend family getaway with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. The spotless house is spacious with lots of comfortable sofas in the living room, a large kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, a large dining room table, and comfortable beds in the three bedrooms. Thank you John and Veronica for being such gracious and welcoming hosts.

John has been renting to Dream's Park families since it was established. Now also renting during a longer season for all that want to come enjoy Cooperstown and the surrounding area. So much history in this part of NY! And the heart and soul of Dream's Park and what it means to the players and families has always been near and dear to his heart. We have made many friends over the years, some we continue to visit with and stay in touch.

This is a home away from home. So important to have those comforts and space to spread out during a vacation. The luxury of an entire house for basically a cheaper price than a hotel room. Add other couples and split the cost and make this trip more economical. Very important to Dream's Park families is the closeness and ease of getting to the Park for those long days and late nights when you are staying just down the road. And so convenient to those guests that are planning to see as much as possible in the Cooperstown area.
