The place was super clean and spacious. I enjoyed how the place was pet-friendly. Parking worked out for 2 cars and the host was easy to communicate with. Overall, I had a great stay!

Host was easy to get in touch with, check-in instructions were clear and provided on time. The place is clean, you get the whole main floor of the house and the backyard even though that’s shared if someone’s renting the other unit. Great location for convenience too!

Place overall was nice, good backyard for a dog. Couple nitpicks: Very little sound insulation between upstairs and downstairs units. Bathroom wall was damaged, looks like a towel hanger was ripped out leaving a hole. No ice tray and the freezer ice maker was either broken or disconnected so bring your own. Backdoor latch doesn't work and has two rickety aluminum (chair?) legs to brace it, recommend finding something sturdier.

The Shermanitor home!

Loved this place! My dog got to spend the weekend with us and this house accommodated him and us perfectly! Location was great, clean, and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us.

Very responsive

Nice little place with a very responsive owner/manager. It is pet friendly, but if your dogs are sensitive to other people moving around, the lower unit does create some challenges to keeping them quiet if they’re skittish. Great stay. Thank you.

It was fine but not great. Lack of communication. I messaged numerous times asking questions and I received no response. When complained about items they said they would have fixed it. That made me laugh since I was trying to get ahold of them prior. Garbage all over backyard. Back door doesn’t lock need to use metal rod to secure. Microwave didn’t work, outlets unable to be used, couch was disgusting. The nicest thing was probably the fridge which we hardly used. Oh woke up to letting my blind diabetic dog outside to a door that was never closed. Yes someone stays underneath and yes I know it doesn’t look like it. That’s all for now. Will not rent again.
