Enjoy Watching Dolphins and Manatee in Your Backyard
The home is a 3bd/2ba pet-friendly tropical oasis. The master bedroom has a split king tempurpedic adjustable bed. Master walk-in closet with his/hers drawers in the center island. The washer/dryer are conveniently located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. Master bath has his/her sinks. Master toilet has a bidet toilet seat and a 4 x 4 walk-in shower with both a hand held adjustable shower head as well as a Kohler "Real Rain" in-ceiling feature.
The guest bed is a queen sleep number with a tempurpedic foam topper.
The third bedroom is a workout room/office. Located therein is a Tonal System, PowerPlate 7, wall mounted resistance bands, and a host of other workout products. Additionally, there is an RH desk with a Herman Miller desk chair. We provide a Frontgate inflatable bed that expands into a queen bed on legs. It is located in the garage and can be set up in under 10 mins.
The house is supplied water through a whole house Reverse Osmosis system and supplies water to all fixtures and faucets. There are two ice machines on property. One in the kitchen that makes gourmet ice cubes and an outdoor ice machine which supplies ice for coolers and boating.
The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could ever need. Including PolyScience Sous Vide, a bread machine, a pasta maker, steam oven, All-Clad copper core D5 pots and pans, All-Clad waffle maker, Green Pan slow cooker, and a host of other items for the home cook.
Our furniture is all either custom made or from Restoration Hardware including a Sectional Cloud Couch in the living room. The living room has a 60" 8k Samsung TV with DirecTV Stream service. The back patio boasts 2 RH couches, 2 RH chairs, and 2 Adirondack chairs as well as a 55" TV with DirecTV Stream.
There is a 20k pound Neptune boat lift that is available for guests to use.
There are 2 Big Green Eggs available for use by guests. We also provide 2 touring paddle boards, 2 trek beach cruisers, and a plethora of board games.
The entire home/back patio is serviced by a voice activated Sonos system with surround sound in the living room.
Maid Service is provided every two weeks and the Pet Butler comes twice a week to clean up after the dog. The backyard is well landscaped with lush tropical foliage (the pictures were taken right after landscaping had been planted it is much more full and lush now) and the "grass" in is synthetic dog park grass.
All countertop edges are rounded to help people with mobility issues avoid bruising or being hurt by running into them. The master bathroom shower is a walk-in with no step up and can accommodate a walker or wheelchair.
In that we live in this house 7-8 months out of the year and it is our "forever home" there really isn't a detail that has been overlooked.

Chrissy, Tristan, Cal & Camden (our two golden retrievers) are family who fully embraces all that living in Florida has to offer including boating, sports, and beach life. We spend our winters on our boat in Key West which gives us the opportunity to share our lifestyle with other by offering our house for rent.

If you are looking for more than just a vacation, this is the house for you. Typically when you rent a home through these services, you are renting a home that is dedicated to being rented. In contrast, this is our home. We live here 7 to 8 months out of the year and it is our forever home.
Unlike other rentals, our home is stocked with high end appliances, dishes, towels, sheets, and all the things you think you would have at your disposal in your own home. This is truly a carefree vacation.
No need to concern yourselves with whether the beds will be comfortable, we believe in optimal sleep. The master bed has an adjustable split king TempurPedic. Our sheets and comforter covers are from Boll & Branch and the mattresses are covered with a pad that allows you to set the temperature between 55 and 110 degrees.
Unlike other rentals, our home is stocked with high end appliances, dishes, towels, sheets, and all the things you think you would have at your disposal in your own home. This is truly a carefree vacation.

Our location is unlike almost any other. By being on the end of a finger, we have views of open water where you can watch dolphin and manatees playing and living. Our double dock has 20k pound boat lift for your use as well two guests slips in case your friends with boats want to visit by water
The house boasts solar panels and a battery backup in the unlikely event there is a power outage the main appliances and master suite will still receive power.
Additionally the house is automated and through simple voice commands you can set the mood to whatever hits you at the moment.
