Situated a mile from the intracoastal bridge, you will enjoy the beach breezes without the traffic congestion and crowds. The beach is a 5 minute drive away and the house is stocked with all the beach gear you need. We have bikes for you to ride to the beach or to take a trip on the Pinellas Trail.
The lush backyard has a huge covered lanai, outdoor kitchen and salt system pool, heated in winter months. Fully fenced and gated parking pad can accommodate a boat or RV. Enjoy fun outdoor activities like corn hole, croquet and giant jenga. There is plenty of room to run around and play and many shady areas to sit and relax. Kid and dog friendly. You will feel like in your own personal tropical resort!
Inside, you will find a turn-key home with quality furniture, comfortable bedding and a well appointed kitchen. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a flexible space in the sunroom that can serve as a fourth bedroom. There are two fold out beds suitable for small children.
All five TVs are smart TVs with DirectTV, Netflix and Disney plus. Living room tv is 70 inches and there is a tv in every bedroom as well as out on the lanai. High speed WiFi inside and on lanai, TVs are hardwired to the internet. Library of books, games, and dvds for your enjoyment.
