Just a short stroll from the sand! With 3 king beds, 3 queens, 1 bunk room, and 2 twin beds, plus 2 living rooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, grilling on the gas grill, and watching TV in every room. Hop on the free beach shuttle and unwind in the largest lagoon pool and hot tub in our gated community. Perfectly located in the heart of Destin, it's the ideal beach getaway!

RENTAL AGREEMENT
You will receive a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking to e-sign and we require a copy of the primary renter's driver's license. Must be 25 years old to book. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance if you need to cancel for any reason. If you exceed our limit or book under false pretenses your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be asked to leave.

PETS
Crate-trained dogs up to 60lbs, max of 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats. Pet fee is $60 plus tax for up to 2 dogs. Pet owners must bring a crate and the animal must be crated if ever left in the house alone. Guest is responsible for pet damage and excessive cleaning fees and the pup must be up to date on vaccines.


PARKING
You can fit up to 3 cars side by side in front of the house OR 2 side by side and 1 across. There's an overflow parking at end of Kono Way right by the back gate and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

SECURITY CAMERAS
The house has a ring doorbell camera and a ring floodlight camera both recorded 24/7 on the front porch.

BOOKING DISCLOSURES
The VRBO platform fee is charged after booking is confirmed, and the amount is shown at the time of booking. Please note that the 3% credit processing fee isn't refundable on cancellations.
