As always, Ann’s place was great. Easy, seamless, perfect extra space that I wouldn't get in a hotel, and none of the extra crowd and people that come with a hotel.

The room was as advertised, nice quiet street. It would have been helpful to know there were stairs going down to the unit. It was quiet with one exception: the train that passed less than a block away, blowing its horn every morning about 6:00, except on Sunday when there was also one about 5:00 a. m., as well as the one at 6:00-ish. I had no problem going back to sleep in all four cases.
