If you are looking to unwind at the lake, or sit back and enjoy an unobstructed South Dakota sunset this property is perfect for you. From couples to large families, or a group of hunting buddies, the 2 acre shelter belt surrounded backyard has kids playground equipment, plenty of room to run, and local pheasants and deer that frequent the area. Across the street adjacent from the front of the house is a private lake lot with a fire pit, dock, and a shed with water and sand toys. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs including 1 king, 1 queen, and bunk bed with pull out twin bed. The upstairs also boasts a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry area. The basement includes a dual sink bathroom with walk in shower, oversized living room with 2 air mattresses available for use, rec area with games (pool table, dart board, foosball), and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds, 2 pull out trundle twin beds, and one single twin bed.

My wife, children and I currently live on the lake as well. We fell in love with Mina Lake when we moved here a few years ago. We both lived close to the Missouri river in South Dakota while growing up, and life brought us to north east South Dakota. We were lucky enough to find this place on the best lake in the area, and have an opportunity to share it with others. We hope you have a great time out at Mina!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose North Sunset Drive when we moved to the lake because it is one of the more quiet parts of the lake. We enjoy the quiet lake access, and the opportunity to watch deer walk across our yard, and bed down in the back yard, and listen to the rooster ring neck pheasants greet us in the morning.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our house sits on a 2 acre lot, with an unobstructed view of some of South Dakota's best sunsets. While being close enough to Aberdeen for shopping, and sports, this property is far enough away to have a great view of the stars, and occasionally the northern lights. Also If you want to access the lake privately it is less than 1 minute away from the front door with a shed full of water toys for kids. We really liked having the house across the street from the lake with our small children so they could not just walk out to the water, and be unattended.
