Bach Party

We had another amazing stay at this beautiful lake home for a family gathering. It has everything you need and plenty of space for everyone (6 adults ages 20-70+).

Family Get-Together

The location was great and the house itself was great. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but there was a lot of dust on shelves, fireplace mantels, and particularly the blinds in the bedrooms. A number of boards on the upper desk are warped and could be a tripping hazaard.

Family Gathering

A family group of 25+ members used the property for a two day family gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. One family resided at the house while the others were in the local area. We gathered each morning for the day. The house was just what we needed. Ample room for all of us, separate areas, both in and outside, to allow us to visit individually or in groups. The kitchen and dining areas were large enough to accommodate all of us. The setting at the lake contributed to a relaxed atmosphere as well as allowing the younger members to blow off steam. We had a wonderful gathering and the amenities and size of the property made that possible.

Great for entertaining

The house and property had a lot of space for a large gathering. You could be on the upstairs deck or downstairs patio or inside entertainment space. The lake and neighborhood was very peaceful.

Great spot!

Wonderful stay while out pheasant hunting in Aberdeen! The property is clearly very well taken care of and maintained. Owners were very accommodating, adjusting for a last minute change to our trip, and staying in great communication as needed. Overall a 5 star review and we hope to return to the same place next year.

Great lake-house with lots of room

The property was clean and properly stocked. Lots of room for guests to sleep and to entertain. There were only two people in our group but there was plenty of room for more. Great house, great property with great views. We plan to return.

Perfect Lake House!

This is a beautiful home - it was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our son and taking in a couple of Northern State Football games. The views of the lake from the decks were gorgeous - the house was comfy,cozy and clean -the kitchen had everything we needed. And the hosts were great to deal with. Wonderful Lake Home

We had an amazing time at this beautiful lake home. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Plenty of space for everyone inside and out (6 adults ages 19-70+). We are already planning to book for next summer.

The original design for the cabin was found and featured in a Better Homes and Gardens magazine. My parents purchased the property and built a large lower level walkout addition to the property. This was my childhood summer home, I have many fond memories of this place water skiing and fishing. I live in the Twin Cities now and I try to make it home as much as i can...I felt that turning the cabin into a VRBO property I could share it with others and still have the ability to use it myself when available.

the lake home is very close to many activities I Love to do fishing, hunting, golfing and seeing old friends...it is close to town but far enough away to be a hideaway very quiet and peaceful...its easy to just enjoy the lake views and daydream an afternoon away. this property is perfect for family reunions and or summer or winter gatherings as well.
