With a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps out the front door, you can enjoy the beach and the tropically landscaped pool area.
Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach,Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.
**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.**
A 3 night minimum stay is required for holidays during the summer including Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, and July 4th.
