Detta Gulfside poolhem kommer att skapa bakgrunden för en fantastisk semester! Det bästa av båda ... Vacker utsikt över den öppna bukten men ändå skyddade skeppsdockan för båtmannen eller fiskaren kan fås från den här platsen. Koppla av på den vidsträckta verandan eller vid poolen och njut av den ständigt föränderliga utsikten från lägenheter till den öppna viken och i slutet av dagen solnedgången färger. Om vinden tar upp vyerna är lika trevliga från vardagsrum, matsal och kök! Inte en båtmästare men älskar att kajak? En fantastisk lägenhet och strandlinje är bara några meter bort att utforska med kajak eller att ha kul med snorkling! 2 kajaker för två personer erbjuds gratis för din användning! Hemmet erbjuder 22 "dockutrymme bakom hissen (hissen är inte tillgänglig för gästbruk). Du kan hänga över slutet av bryggan lite utan att komma in på grannen och det är väldigt lite båttrafik förbi huset. Vaca Cut ligger bara några minuter bort för båtliv vid havet, viken är i sikten!

De 3 sovrummen och 2 badrum har en master suite, med en king size-säng och ett privat badrum som får dig att känna att du är på ett spa. Hallbadet serverar de andra två sovrummen, varav ett har en queen size-säng, det andra med 4 tvillingar (våningssängar) och de gemensamma områdena. Det rymliga och välutrustade köket kan hantera flera kockar och du kan äta middag inuti eller på verandan. Ingen rökning. Husdjur kan övervägas men från fall till fall. Du måste kontakta oss och få tillstånd för ett husdjur att vara på fastigheten. Om godkänd kommer det att finnas en husdjursavgift på $ 150 plus skatt.
Poolvärme är tillgängligt under vintermånaderna, valfritt och ytterligare till $ 200 plus skatt per vecka eller $ 600 plus skatt för en 4-veckors vistelse.

Great house!

We stayed at the house with our family and had an amazing time. We rented a boat and fished every day. Easy ride to 7 mile bridge and vaca cut. Convenient to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Loved our stay!

Awesome location

We love this location. The house was great and the provided paddle boards and kayaks were a nice touch. The sunsets on the Gulf are amazing, and having a low drama boat ramp nearby is a bonus.

Great House is a beautiful area

We really enjoyed our stay - Two adults, 3 thirteen year olds and one six year old. Great Kayaking and paddleboarding right off the dock, beautiful views, nice pool. Check in and Check out was easy and simple. Recommend and would book again.

Perfect stay!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The home was perfect for our family with 2 adult children. A gorgeous view and big wrap around deck with a great sunset view each night. We loved having the SUP and kayaks for our use and it was fun to see the sea life right off of our dock.

Fantastic ‘girls getaway’

Well apportioned home with fantastic views. We enjoyed seeing small barracuda, grouper and angel fish off the dock. We had the unexpected treat of seeing a small pod of dolphins right in front of the dock.

Amazing home, fantastic location and beautiful views

We have stayed in dozens of houses in Marathon, this has to be our favorite one. convenient location, deep canal filled with sea life, excellent boat access, snorkeling, kayaking. The house has all you would need, the pool was nice, the property was clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Keys Getaway

This is a second time we stayed at this property. It’s a great location with great views. Definitely add on the heated pool in the winter months was well worth it! Kitty was very helpful and very responsive with any questions we had. Look forward to future stays

Outstanding!!!!

The view was amazing during the day and the sunsets were a 10 out of 10 EVERY evening. The reef in front of the house was beautiful and was fun to visit with the kayaks and snorkel. The pool was great and the house was clean and well-equipped. Looking forward to a return trip to this property....

Paradise in Marathon

We could have stayed forever. Cocktails in the evening over looking the water, many waterfront restaurants, great fishing and snorkeling excursions, the turtle hospital, and so much more. Not to mention the wonderful ocean/gulf breezes. It was great.

This house was absolutely everything a family that loves to fish could ask for! The water was so clear by the house we could see beautiful reef fish so clearly. The house worked perfect for us and our boat too! The sunsets were unbelievable!!!!!!

Family Vacation

Great house and view! Second time we rented this property and we love the house and view. Wonderful set up for family now consisting of young adults and one remaining college student. Plenty of space for reading, sunning, fishing and just chilling! We love to cook at home as well as going out to all the restaurants, set up of home and location of property allow us to enjoy both with little effort. Hope to stay here again next year!!

Gorgeous views, amazing location, & great house

4th straight year renting in Marathon but our 1st time staying at this house. It checked almost all the boxes for us. A downstairs 1/2 bath would make it perfect and an elevator would definitely make things a lot easier but overall, this house was so enjoyable! The location, pet friendliest, & sunsets make this home a 10! The check in process was not our favorite. A keypad with a code would be our recommendation. We will be back though!!

AMAZING

The home was very clean and spacious! The views from the wrap around balcony were breath taking! Pool was clean and perfect temp. The family enjoyed fishing right off the dock, and the channel the home is on is actually a popular snorkel spot too. We had some rainy weather on most days which were not good boat days, but the home is close to Crane Point Hammock and plenty of restaurants. Outside bait freezer was helpful and the inside ice maker was a big plus! The neighborhood boat ramp does cost $25 to put in and take out but was easily accessible and close to the house. Perfect family house and for our dog! Very, very happy with our stay! Although check in isn’t at the house it was pretty seamless, we didn’t mind it. Hopefully to return next year!

Paradise!

It was better than we could imagine. The most beautiful view of gulf and sunset. Right on the water with fishing , kayaking, snorkeling right out the back door. 10 mins from everything. Kitty was so sweet. There was nothing left to chance. Even a very nice welcoming gift. Beautiful home. The private pool was heated. They supplied 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks with all paddles and life vest. We watched 2 Manatees playing every night. We will be returning.

What a great time!

This house and pool are beautiful! But the view! The view is amazing! When we first walked into the house, the view took our breath away! There are floor to ceiling windows all the way around the water side of this home, and man, did we love it! The fishing from the dock was fun! Watching the aquatic life from the dock was great! It was like we had our own personal aquarium! The pool was wonderful! We were in it every day for MOST of the day, LOL! I wish I was still there! And Kitty is VERY responsive to your needs! We couldn't have asked for anything more, and seriously, we had zero complaints about this rental. We've rented homes every year in the Keys for the last 10 years, and this is the first one I can honestly say we want to go back to! We'll be back!

Awesome view

This home has an awesome view and equipped with most everything we needed. We enjoyed our month stay immensely. The only negatives I have is that the floors need to be scrubbed and the beds were a little too firm for my back but other than that we had a lovely time and Kitty was a pleasure dealing with. She answered all our questions and was there to check on us and help us prepare for the storm. (hurricane Ian)

Amazing view

We had a great time staying at this house. The views you get are unbeatable and the sunsets are amazing! Everything in Marathon is within a few minutes of the house and we really loved the location. The kids loved the pool and my husband loved fishing off the private dock. We saw many different kind of fish, crab, lobsters and even a manatee down by the dock. The amenities in the house aren’t the best, the couch is really uncomfortable and I definitely wouldn’t say it’s “luxury,” but for me, the view and outdoor areas make up for it.
