Direct Private Beach Access - Newly Renovated Condo - Heated Pool

Newly renovated beach condo in beautiful St. Augustine. Enjoy beach access through a private pier or choose one of the three private pools (one is heated) or two hot tubs on the condo complex. The complex also has a gym and outdoor gas grills.

The condo itself has been recently renovated with beautiful finishings. It is fully-equipped with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to a washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out into a bed to accommodate a total of six people.

Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. Augustine or visit the historic Spanish colonial fort, the alligator farm, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, or the Pirate and Treasure Museum. There's plenty of fun to be had in St. Augustine!

Includes one dedicated parking space with a guest space (first come, first served) directly next to it and other guest spaces in the parking lot.

Friendly Butler Beach

Our one month stay exceeded our expectations. Only a 5 minute walk past three outdoor pools to get to the expansive beach area. Condo is well maintained with all your everyday needs on hand. Owner easy to contact and ready to satisfy any immediate needs. Grocery/pharmacy within 5 minute drive. New Publix under construction which will outshine present competitor. Restaurants of above average quality also close condo. Complex does require improved lighting in parking lot area. Would not hesitate in returning.

Nice location

We have rented in this community before and really like it. It’s a little bit older community and some of the exterior areas are now in disrepair. That’s not a reflection on the condo owner at all. Just a general observation of the complex. The condo owner was extremely responsive to an HVAC issue we had that was completely out of her control. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The condo itself is nice, could probably use a fresh coat of paint but was otherwise in good shape. I think its a great value compared to others in the area.

Girls time away

Myself and 2 other friends stayed 4 nights. Two of us went to a concert at the St Augustine Amphitheater which is close by. Grocery stores near by as well. We will definitely return and hopefully stay longer.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war genauso wie angekündigt und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man konnte abends am Poolbereich grillen und noch gemeinsam beisammen sitzen. Zum Strand muss man noch einen Weg langlaufen, aber auch dort gib es einiges zu sehen und der Strand ist traumhaft schön. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da auch St. Augustine schnell zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Great Place!!!

The hibiscus is definitely an older condominium community, but it is well maintained. The only negative thing i would say it the sand dunes you have to walk though to access the beach do have some steep incline, my 74 yr old in laws did have a little hard time walking over them. The beach access boardwalk is unstable in one area. There were cones placed over but it was still very uneven.The condo itself was clean for the most part and decently stocked. We did have to purchase some plastic food storage containers because there were none. The pool is located directly behind so it was very convenient.

AMAZING condo

This condo is exactly as pictured! Very modern and in great condition. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and pools are close as well. The beds are extremely comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

Great beach. About a quarter mile walk. Unit was nice. Stocked chairs and beach towels. Close to restaurants. The gym is not nice. Host communication was very good.

Great place to stay

The property was as described. It was well-equipped and clean. The only issue we had was two of the showers from the beach were not working. The water pressure in the master bathroom sink was also low. These were minor inconveniences. It is quite a walk to the beach as others have stated, but appears all the properties sit well behind the dunes in this area. The pool was fantastic and sat right behind our building. It was completely empty except for us most of the time. The porch contained a small gate which we absolutely loved for keeping our pets corralled. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

We loved Ocean Hibiscus!

My husband and I had a lovely time staying in the condo. It was very clean, updated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the breeze while sitting on the deck. Kathryn, the host, was very responsive any time we had a question. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The pools are closer. We drove to Mary St and used that for beach access some of the time which was very convenient, especially if you’re lugging lots of stuff to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, Publix, Kookaburra Coffee and St. Augustine to enjoy close by. We loved the location so much that we a buying a condo in the building next door!

Very clean/updated condo

Can’t quite give condo 5 stars- Owner hadn’t sent code to get in to condo on check in day- had to wait a bit for her to get back to me, not a big problem, just a bit inconvenient when you are waiting to get into rental after driving for an hour to get there I sat in one of the chairs on the deck and it broke out from under me- not owner’s fault, but also not a fun experience The blinds in slider are broken and difficult to open with out them coming out, would have been a lot easier to have curtains on slider Slider very hard to open- I think it probably needs new rollers Private access beach was very nice- not many people, very quiet Bathrooms could benefit from a rod for towels Would have been nice to have laundry detergent available Overall the location and stay was very nice These are just my thoughts that would have made our stay even better

Spring time get away

Everything was really nice. We have stayed there a couple of times the only thing is that the master bedroom and the kitchen window does not have window screens maybe have some installed love the fresh air.

Quick Getaway

Property was nice and clean, with easy check in and check out. Host was very responsive. So nice to be a quick walk to direct beach access. We had an 8-month pregnant woman in our group and she had no problem with the walk to and from the beach. Super convenient to have multiple pools on site with one very close to the unit. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful Place

We had an amazing stay at this newly renovated condo, it was beautiful with lots of cozy beach touches; very comfortable mattresses and linens. The two porches were so convenient too! We enjoyed the pools and long walks to the beautiful beach. We hope to stay here again.

Very clean & well stocked. Walk to beach & pools. Rode bikes on bike lane to St Augustine beach. Toured lighthouse. Ate Harry’s and Saltwater Cowboys. Best cheesecake at Barharbor Cheesecake. Walked around St Augustine. Great time!

Wonderful stay

Family of 5 with infant had plenty of room and had a wonderful time! Condo was as advertised. Updated and clean. Location was a short walk to a beautiful big beach. Convenient to great restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful vacation

Everything was wonderful. The only issue was we couldn’t check in until 5:30 because the property wasn’t cleaned yet. We reached to the owner and she fixed it right away. Other than that the property was exactly as listed. Very relaxing and nice property. Everyone was very friendly. The beach was a short walk away.

Ocean condo

The condo was just like it was listed everything was nice and clean. The walk to the ocean was great. The pools were wonderful. We booked for next year already. Neighbors were so nice And the owners were great no issues at all. Had a wonderful vacation.
