Lovely! Steps away from the beach. Clean, well supplied. Walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed proximity to St. Augustine. Next time we’ll have try try the bikes.

Nicely remodeled would come back we were offered a discount for the next two days due to no guest booked but were unable to make the time but would have stayed if possible

We loved this cute, cozy and extremely well located apartment. It was a very very short walk to the beach. The pool was great to cool off as well. Also, we were a 15 min drive from St. Augustine - which was a ton of fun to explore! We took a surf lesson, went horseback riding and also did 2 ghost tours. Loved the beach comber restaurant that you can get to by just walking down the beach! We also loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook daily. We will be back!

Portside is the perfect location. Just steps from the pool and the beach! The host is incredibly responsive and provided us with all the info we needed for a wonderful week. The home is great, comfortable, and we had an amazing time. We definitely want to go back!

Absolutely adorable condo in a well maintained complex right on the beach. The host was great. Super communicative, very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable. Another plus was that I actually wanted to sleep in the beds as they were very comfortable. We had a short stay but will be back. Great place and great hosts.

This was the perfect place for our trip to St. Augustine. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer.It’s a very short walk to the beach, which made it easy with kids. Our kids spent most of the time there, and they also loved the heated pools just steps from the condo. The beach chairs and toys were a big help.Kim was great to work with and shared some wonderful restaurant recommendations.We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay during Thanksgiving! This rental was so close to the beach and also to the community pool. We were close to everything that we enjoy doing in the area. Our host was easily accessible and helpful! My family of 5 had plenty of room in this very nicely decorated space. Check in and out were a total breeze. We would definitely consider booking again, regardless of the time of the year. A review!!

This was our family's first trip to St. Augustine Beach (2 adults and 3 kids: 15, 12,10) and we LOVED it! This condo is in an amazing location, both on Anastasia Island, and within the small condo complex. There are 2 pools, and the deeper pool is right out the back door of the unit! The boardwalk to the beach is right out the front door! The kids bedroom was one of the most ideal set-ups.of any vacation house we've stayed in anywhere, with our kids having plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other! The AC worked GREAT, which is a big deal in extremely hot and humid climates!! The kitchen was fine, small, but we didn't really cook but one dinner at home, otherwise we enjoyed local restaurants! Lil was extremely friendly and responsive, and we already talked about booking again next year because there is SO much to do in this area with kids who don't want to stay at the beach from sun up to sundown. The unit has bocce ball , which my older boys took to the beach with us each day and loved! Also, it should be noted that the mini golf course is direct next door to the complex, and we walked over a couple times to play! It was a great trip, with a great location!

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every moment of our beach getaway. From jumping the waves, to shelling, to walking up to Beachcombers for a tasty bite to eat, and exploring old town we made some unforgettable memories. The location was perfect, being just steps from the boardwalk that leads to the beach and a short walk to tasty restaurants. Everything was exactly as it was described, and we loved the location. Response time was also quick and we are so thankful for our last minute get away!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
